It's an hour before the start of each home game on the steps of Gorgas Library. You can enjoy the whole thing and still make it to your seats in the stadium for pregame. You will need to get there at least 30 minutes before the start to get a good viewing spot. The individual sections begin their warmups about 30 minutes before the official start with the whole band on the steps.
This brings back so many memories. My husband was on the Library faculty and his ashes are spread in front of this library. That was 28 years ago. He was 6 weeks past his 42nd birthday. The children and I would go and wait for him to get off and play on the grass there . He is still missed.
