I love rap from the UK. It's so filthy and always punches me to the face unconditionally. I love it! It also finds a natural collaboration with trap and dub, the styles mix perfectly and Foreing Beggars knows it and takes advantage of it. It's so fresh! In Sweden where I'm from, rappers still tries to sound like they are from the hood in USA. It's pathetic and sad to listen at, it always makes me cringe... I can recommend Adam Tensta though, he was mixing retro styled electro with rap a while back ago now but failed to keep up his momentum after a while. He had an american accent while he rapped which is fucked up when you're from Sweden. But I guess artists from my country always will try to copy other countries stuff instead of trying to be innovative. That's sad, especially in the rap scene, because we have a lot of musical talent in Sweden. If they just weren't such fucking wannabes. Keep it up UK!
+eightypuff01 Sweden makes the best quality heavy metal. Meshuggah, Soilwork, Entombed and In Flames are some good examples. These bands are some of the finest in the world and from sweden, I would have national pride to call such brilliant musicians my own.
