Nice video. Yes, the task is too great. Local people can make it happen locally. You mentioned the diaspora and I think we do have a role to play. For example, I do some awareness about Cardano for Africans in Canada and I have some business in Africa (DR Congo: college, microfinance and radio) which can help in using the technology. I'm not yet fully sure how practical it can be, but I think once examples are done somewhere, we can adopt that. I'll be happy to help out extend some CADA 🙂
Mercy is great! The list update around Min 30 was great context. I think we need a Catalyst Round that is ONLY focused on Africa Dev and Media empowerment. Give AfroFinLab a big big big bucket of money. YES to vision of a training-media company. We need funding to train Devs and also Web content, memes, et al. I'm in Brooklyn (co-organize the NYC Cardano Meetup) but have some ideas on ways to activate local NYC Diaspora. Might be reaching out to you both about ways we might connect with NYC African Diaspora communities.
