Yeah, they released Covid to stop him in 2020 (I have the evidence). There were what the jury considered credible witnesses with credible testimony. In a case like this that is good enough, no proof necessary. This can also be true in other cases, physical evidence is not necessary.

I only read the first couple of points you wrote, when I was raped, I didnt scream, I didnt shout out, I didnt tell anyone for several years it doesnt mean I wasnt raped. Having said that, I didnt like her reaction to the verdict, all that laughing. If my rapist was found guilty it would be bitter sweet, it would have brought back all those awful memories and I certainly wouldn't have sat laughing on national tv.

A criminal case requires beyond reasonable doubt. This is a civil case and is instead based on the balance of probabilities. There was absolutely 0 evidence provided except her word against his word.

I’m from the UK and have no horse in the race. So, I look at global politics from a neutral point of view. Which gives me the privilege of devils advocacy. Putting to one side the wait of 30 years before prosecuting, and the coincidental timing; I see this as a ‘He said, she said” case. The prosecution, from what I hear, had no evidence! No camera footage, no witnesses, not even a date and time! So the prosecution had to go into this case relying on a jury that would believe her over him. Oh wait, they held it in a region that was 90% Trump haters??? Ah, ok. So, this would leave the only risk to the prosecutions case being an alibi. Which they knew, with Trump being a mega businessman, he would likely have had all of his meetings logged in a dated diary somewhere. So, the prosecution not having a date, or even a season, seems extremely convenient to me. However, it may well have happened; and if it did, then I see actual non-consensual physical hands on inexcusable. No matter when it was!

There was contemporaneous evidence and several women testified regarding same attacks. Additionally trump himself proved he did it by verbally stating that he did exactly what these women reported and then corroborated it by stating yet again in a deposition that “stars can do it” and that he was “a star”. What more evidence do you need??

I'm not saying it didn't happen, but the fact this was decided in a civil court instead of a criminal court is a BIG problem. If he did rape her, he should be in jail. If he didn't, a court should not be saying he sexually assaulted someone. This is a complete farce of justice, and it's tragic that the media is just lapping it up.
It couldn't be a criminal case, as it happened too long ago. It could only be a civil case, and it only happened due to the rules in NY being changed a year or so ago, so that victims of historic abuse, could bring cases. I personally think it's better that there's some form of justice than none at all.

It's a civil trial on the basis of evidence, this is not a new thing. And when one of the parties claims that he didn't rape someone because they are "not his type" while mistaking them for his ex wife, that party loses a lot of credibility.

I’m from the UK and have no horse in the race. So, I look at global politics from a neutral point of view. Which gives me the privilege of devils advocacy. Putting to one side the wait of 30 years before prosecuting, and the coincidental timing; I see this as a ‘He said, she said” case. The prosecution, from what I hear, had no evidence! No camera footage, no witnesses, not even a date and time! So the prosecution had to go into this case relying on a jury that would believe her over him. Oh wait, they held it in a region that was 90% Trump haters??? Ah, ok. So, this would leave the only risk to the prosecutions case being an alibi. Which they knew, with Trump being a mega businessman, he would likely have had all of his meetings logged in a dated diary somewhere. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but the fact this was decided in a civil court instead of a criminal court is a BIG problem. If he did rape her, he should be in jail. If he didn't, a court should not be saying he sexually assaulted someone. This is a complete farce of justice, and it's tragic that the media is just lapping it up.
It couldn't be a criminal case, as it happened too long ago. It could only be a civil case, and it only happened due to the rules in NY being changed a year or so ago, so that victims of historic abuse, could bring cases. I would have acquitted. How is anyone supposed to prove ‘they didn’t do it’ after 27 or 28 years. I think not having a statute of limitation is not in favour of Justice. The accuser didn’t even know if it was 1995 or 1996 as I understand. Really, how could any of us defend ourselves properly after 27 or 28 years? Witness are gone or dead/if any. Cannot do testing to establish anything. Again, I would have voted to acquit. Lower burden of proof needed for a civil suit as this puts the defendant in a very bad position after 3 decades.

It added up for the jury, that's what matters, not what anyone else thinks, that's just opinion. The jury comes up with a verdict, a collective belief and decision based on evidence and/or credible testimony. Btw, it was a unanimous decision.
