Yes, but it's a major drop in animation from the previous seasons. I know Mappa had a lot going against them, but many of us can't help but compare after WIT went way over and above.
The meta answer is because budget reasons. In the manga its a lot of panels of each character faces but Mappa was having studio issues during that time, so thats why you see a lot of backgrounds and few shots of lips moving.

Why did you throw away LM Reaction's videos in the final last eps? We watched those two lovely girls react to AOT from day one, you should have kept it up till the end. What a pity, it would have been a great team reaction if there were two more LM girls.
Not to mention that the last scene of ep 27, right after the ED, where Annie expresses her despair, that scene isn't included in this reaction mashup either. Solution to the conflict in AOT world is very extreme and polar opposite. Every attempt at solving the problem by conversation was failed.
Up until 100 years ago Eldian empire was dominating the world with titans and especially Marley suffered from eldian history of bloodshed then Marley came into the power and ofc they'd want to make the eldians suffer and try to chain them down as much as they can. Because there's always that "what if eldians again gain the power?".
Neither sides are willing to trust each other; other races of the world hate eldians too because truth be told Eldian Empire was evil and they did things much worse than Marley for entire millenia.
Now it's either eldia or rest of the world. Zeke as someone who had seen the way eldians are treated; he pitied them but he could the see the one truth that Titan dominance must be put to an end and to achieve that he chose one extreme but "peaceful" way on other hand Eren who was always caged inside the walls finally had power to achieve "freedom" for once and all and he chose another extreme. This is tragedy
