Mam, What about the service of these produbcts? Does Agaro have service centres in every district in Kerala? By watching exaggerated videos (not yours) in UA-cam about Agaro, I doubt most of them are paid promotions. And the rating are also confusing. I didn't find any service centres in my district and also in nearby districts. With out providing better service how could an electric product get this mich positive reviews? I had experience with some amazon products providing cash back or some gifts for five star rating. This made me so confused about Agaro. Please do help me to make a decision.
They have a toll free number. We can register our complaint over phone and their service professional will pick our product from our home and do the needful. I got this information from their toll free number
Yes.They will arrange pickup for motor and send it back through courier.Customer have to bear one side courier charge both in warranty or post warranty period .So direct service centre not available but service will be done.(as communicated with their customer support through phone). Also regarding Eureka Forbes Ultima you haven't mentioned anything😊.Suction power less compared to American but with comparable capacities.They have great service network across Kerala
