First incident reminds me of when I hit a car from back of an army personel. I was going at just 10 and due to mud on road, when I applied brakes the ABS kicked in and brakes did not work effectively for some reason. The guy came out and did not create a huge fuss. I said sorry and he was like koi baat nhi and we parted ways.
The lady and her companion was constantly threatening the Rapido rider. Once, the police arrived, she started becoming victim.
It's not just bad driving people are loosing temper on very small small things this is very evidence how our Indian society is slowly becoming so intolerant which will ultimately result in divide within inside our territories
The biggest problem with India is everyone drives bumper to bumper without maintaining safe distance from the vehicle in front. Any vehicle may need to suddenly apply brakes for any reason but that doesn't mean the vehicle behind you should crash into you. That should never happen under any circumstances. I have been driving for over a decade and there have been countless incidents when the car in front applied brake suddenly but I never crashed into them because I always maintain a safe distance. So let's stop making excuses for those who bump into others because they applied brakes suddenly.
Also, these two wheelers and auto walas never pay up after causing damage to car. So you can do nothing except beating them.

Yesterday, I was watching a nurburgring video, the driver was driving in the race track suddenly the car behind him started to flashing light multiple times, which make him pissed. He told it was on track so he let it go. But he told those don't know the rule in Germany if you drive in road, if someone is giving flashing light one time it is okay to warn the others but multiple time you are flashing then it is illegal and because of this,person can go to 3 years to jail. The reason because someone flashing multiple time can cause other person frantic and cause accident so such laws are made.
Even in the Gagan choudary podcast, in you can drive high speed in autobahn in fast lane peacefully because people know the rule and know the consequences if they don't. Such type accountability is given to the authorities there.
I know, it not suitable to compare with other countries but no one wants to learn from others to implement such rules because in India, culprits swept away from the loopholes because no one take accountability seriously.

Honestly I don’t understand why people overreact to minor incidents these days. If there was actual damage then sure it would make sense to react but when nothing serious has happened why blow things out of proportion? Especially now with Durga Puja going on in Kolkata the roads are packed and light bumps can happen. Something similar happened to me a few days ago a car lightly touched my bike the driver apologized and I let it go. No point in making a big deal out of something so small when no real harm was done.

Aaj kal bikers bhi cut maarkar across the lanes ride karte hain jaldi aage nikalne ke liye, jiski wajah se rear vehicles ko sudden breaking karni padti hai resulting in minor/major road accidents. It happened to me twice this week while driving with family. I'm also a biker but I avoid rash riding and road rage. I salute the people who drive responsibly, phir wo chahey two wheeler ho ya four wheeler.

The couple was threatening to beat the rapido driver in front of the police, probably there was a absence of an officer at that signal otherwise usually there are officers who can issue challans and are there for these matters. Rapido driver calmed his voice down in front of the police and probably wasn't local of Kolkata because accent was much different and was stuttering which gave an upper hand to the couple. Usually such road rages in Kolkata are not that common because police are on ever crossings, who love money and will come up with anything to take money for such cases, so the absence of an officer is a reason for such fight.
