Tal Farlow, 1991 Interview made by Hubert Waldner

In 1991 I had the opportunity to visit Tal Farlow, the legendary US Guitarist (Be-Bop) at his home in New Jersey.
This footage shows my trip from New York City(Manhattan) down to the Jersey Coast, where Tal Farlow was living. He talks very openly about his life, his work and his old Gibson guitar, painted in red.
In the first part you hear some of my own music I recorded with my group HYPERSAX . The tune you hear is called "Rush-hour", from my HYPERSAX CD "Stepdance" (released in 1992)
This is a short hommage to this great guitarist in jazz history and very friendly and modest human being.
