- एक युवा लड़की ने वर्मी कंपोस्ट का बिजनेस शुरू किया, केवल ढाई साल में उसने 30 से ढाई सौ बेड का वर्मी कंपोस्ट यूनिट खड़ा कर दिया | यूपी के मेरठ की रहने वाली पायल अग्रवाल ने ऐसा बिजनेस शुरू किया जिसमें बहुत कम इन्वेस्टमेंट है और अच्छा बनाता है पायल अग्रवाल लेना कोई सेट बनाया ना कोई पक्का फर्श बनाया ना कोई बड़ी मशीन लगाई बहुत ही कम इन्वेस्टमेंट में बहुत अच्छी कछुआ खाद बनाकर बढ़िया व्यापार शुरु किया है आप भी पायल अग्रवाल की तरह कोई भी बिजनेस शुरू करें तो इस तरह का मॉडल बना सकते हैं जिसमें कम इन्वेस्टमेंट में अच्छा मुनाफा मिले|
A young girl started vermicomposting few years back with minimum investment and she has got great success in this. She started it with 30 beds and now she is handling 250 vermicompost bed and selling vermicompost easily . Her journey was tough but gradually she got success and now she has become an icon in vermicompost business. She is helping farmers, she is helping labours and she is helping herself to provide a sustainable employment, so just go through to see her business model. How she has got success within two and half year and making a new path for other young person who want to start their own business.

पायल जी आपका प्रयास सराहनीय है किन्तु रासायनिक खाद के प्रयोग से कोई नुक्सान नहीं है हां कीटनाशक इत्यादि से नुकसान इसलिए हैं क्योंकि मिट्टी में यह सालों तक पड़ा रहता है।सीधे गोबर पौधे नहीं लेते हैं उसी रूप में लेते हैं जिस रूप में रासायनिक उर्वरक रिलीज करते हैं जैसे नाइट्रोजन को नाइट्रेट या अमोनियम रुप में।

I mean chart which compares the organic fertilizer to chemical fertilizer.
2nd requirement of organic fertilizer as per crop and vegetables
3rd demerits of organic fertilizer.
4th usage of organic fertilizer and manpower required.
5th customer satisfaction with example or explanation from farmers.
6th will there be any kind of development if we use poultry waste or chicken waste or goat faeces.
If possible kindly make a video and do give complete details with all possible chart.
This kind of information will transform the mind set of small and big farmer.

We need to know the techniques used in prevention of ants and rats infestation on vermicompost units. Which is big importance. Use of poisonous insecticides can also harm worms in the vermicompost unit. So this is most important.

I found an earthworm in my bathroom. They keep coming out of a small hole on the sidewall. I decided to put it in the compost at the roof. I named it scarlet too. I watered the compost to make it comfortable for him. But he died within one day.
Where did I go wrong? I was trying to find a mate for him as well. But things take time. Before I could find him someone he decided to give up.
