    Kya 1986 me hue partition deed ko aaj registered karwa sakte hai , jabki sare hissedaro ki death ho gayi hai lekin jamin par wariso ka kabza hai.

    हमारी पैतृक संपती है पहले दादाजी ओर उनके भाई उनमे बटवरा १९५२ मे हुआ था फिर १९५३ मे हमारे दादाजी स्वर्गवास कर गये. उसके बाद दादाजी के भाई ओर मेरे पिताजी ने दुरुस्त नया बटवरा (uncle & nephew ) १९५३ मे ही किया. nephew के आगे गर्दियान मा का नाम रहा! १९५६ के पहले संपत्ती मे सिर्फ पुरुषो का अधिकार था ! तो क्या ऊस समय के कानुन के हिसाब से ओर बटवरे से uncle & nephew अकेले akele मालीक बन jayenge. ओर ऊस समय जो बाटवरे मे जो जमीन unkle & nephew को मिला है उसका पुरा अधिकार उनके पास ही रहेगा? और क्या ऊस टाईम के काणून के हीसाब से जो बटवरा nephew (gardian ma) & uncle के बीच जो दोबारा पैतृक संपती का दुरुस्त नया बटवरा दादाजी के मर जाने के बाद हुआ ओ कानुनी रूप से सही है? बटवरा रजिस्टर है

    Sir,prosperity Delhi m hai,ek hisse per kabja bhee hamara hai,aur partion aggreement brother k sath 2007 me wirtten m 100 RS k stamp paper per hai,kaya court me jayee Bina, Revenue/Registery department department me direct registration ho sakta hai.

    We two brothers baught a land of 2acre and install a tubewell in that land and electric connection registered to the name of elder brother but in installing tubewell younger brother paid about 50 to 60 % amount .Now elder brother saying this is mine tubewell weather only connection is for his name. kindly tell weather youger brother have right or not .

    Sir, hamare pitajee ne apni purchased plot ko hum chaar bhaiyoo me paitric batwara stamp paper pe banwa ke gaye chale gaye. Lekin isko ek bhai nahi maan raha hai. Wo Northern part ko lena chahta hai jabki pitaji ne usko plot ka southern part likha hai. Kya ye paper Court me maaya hai?? Please reply. One advocate has advised me for partition suit in court and has said that partion written by my father is of no use and cannot recognised by Court.

    Property 1967 me kharidi hai...
    Grandmother ko Only son and daughter hai(2-children's)
    Question :- 1)... Self acquired property ka property owner ko Oral Partition (Family Settlement )karne ka adhikar hai yaa nahi...
    2)... Owner ne property Oral partition (family settlement)kiya hai vo valid hoga or invalid hoga ....
    3)...Us Property ka partition unke death sath samapt hoga yaa continued hogi...

    Adv sahab, mere father ko chacha ke naam unpartitioned agricultural land hai jispe chacha ne apne hisse pe loan liya hai 2014 me aur ye baat hame haal me pata chali hai. To kya partition nahi hua tab bhi agricultural land pe loan mil sakta hai Bank se kya

      बिना तरमीम यानी बंटवारे के बिना बैंक को लोन नहीं देना चाहिए था बैंक ने इसमें गलती की है । प्राइवेट बैंक इस प्रकार के लोन दे देते हैं जबकि ऐसे लोन नहीं देना चाहिए ।

    My mamajis(2) of them are not giving my mother the right to build the 2nd floor. The house is in my Nanaji's name. We first requested for a mutual agreement, initially they agreed but then they became silent. Means not agreeing. Then my mother sent a notice. Then sent a reply, where they had where they had only written utter lies. So, I decided to file a partition suit. So sir Please tell me after filing the P .S what would be the further procedure? How long ll it take? When ll my mother get justice?

    And when he was caught he again made true affidavits.
    But my question is that can on this ground of fraud affidavits a registered WILL be cancelled or regarded null and void ?

    What if one of the share holders stay out of state and never maintain the property and even are against partition. They will never come for panchayat or court hearing. What will the other share holder do then who is compelled to maintain the whole property himself?

    सर नमस्कार सर हमारी पैतृक संपत्ति है हमारे दादा जी दो भाई थे उन्होंने जॉइंट जमीन खरीदी थी तकरीबन 50 साल से ऊपर हो चुके हैं हमारे पिताजी और ताऊजी दोनों गुजर चुके हैं अब जमीन पर कब्जा हमारे ताऊ के लड़कों का है जब कि हमने तहसील में जाकर अपने नाम दाखिला खारिज करवा दिया है दो-तीन बार उन्होंने बंटवारे के समन भी भेजा लेकिन वह जमीन पर कब्जा छोड़ने को तैयार नहीं है उन्होंने आधी जमीन पर मकान बना दिए हैं और आधे पर खेती करते हैं इसका क्या उपाय हो सकता है जिससे जमीन का बंटवारा हो पाए

    Sir, My parents properties are worth more than 10 cr. as per guideline Value. I am 1/6 th Share holder. Can I file partition directly in Tamilnadu High Court also what would be the Court fee payable, if the property crosses a Crore or more as in my case does ? Possible reply expected.

      Sir, ek record mera pas hai. Mera ek chota grand fa sells to his sister per 1000 rs in 1931 where she had not availed her right to which i am the legal heir. In that document there exist full particulars of great grandfather's assets. My grandfather demise earlier. Chota grandfathers divided between them only. How can I proceed as legal heir of the sister and as grandson of the elder brother. Which is better
