  • one packet extra firm tofu
    2 chopped onion
    2 crushed tomatoes
    green chilies to taste
    tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    salt to taste
    1/2 teaspoon haldi
    chopped coriander
    Add oil in a wok when heated add cumin seeds
    SAUTE for 2 minutes
    Add crushed tomato ginger garlic paste haldi
    Green chilies add salt n SAUTE until it leaves oil then add tofu n fry for 2-3 minutes open it add chopped coriander.
