I can’t get past how soft that dirt was. Where I live, the ground isn’t that soft in the spring let alone winter!

When I’s abt 14, my first love had a dairy book, and she covered it with a calendar page and there was a wooden cabin on it. She used to say that it would be great to live there with true love at a winter night, with stove fire and warm tea. And that was many many years ago.

Классно отдохнул, и душой и телом. Зашёл в лес, построил балаган, приготовил шашлык, переночевал, классно подумал, мозги в порядок привёл. Это когда руки и голова на месте.
Яму рыл неделю ....
Да и вообще , зачем это делать на краю деревни ?

When I was in the United States Air Force I took arctic 🐻❄️ survival training and built some thing similar to what you built. This was in Alaska at Eielson A.F.B. out side of Fairbanks. Brings back memories. Keep up the good work .

I saw that when the snow fell, the whole sky was cold and frosty. You dig the ground to make a shelter like that, it's also very safe, I like to experience like that, the food you cook is also delicious, you are a perfect man. Какой мастер на золотые руки,соорудить такой дом в котором можно жить всю зиму....особенно хороша печь,с ней можно долко дить и не надо прочищать дымоход....

I used to live on 40 acres of woods when I was a kid, I loved building shelters and I'm sad we had to move from there.
I felt like it was Christmas, and half expected you to come in on a reindeer. 😊 I love the hatch over the door. Lovely idea to let in light and fresh air. I wonder how warm it got in the building? ❤️❤️

When it was winter, I was not yet fond of bushcraft and hiking in the woods, it's already summer, and I started to run my own UA-cam channel on bushcraft, and I understand how I want winter to be again! :)

I always told my family that I wanted to build a dug out or a shelter in the woods off the grid and each time I will get laughed at, lol. This was back in the early 2000’s when I didn’t know or see other people doing this. So I felt crazy but I still had this urge. I am a black American woman and always had the strongest urge to build things with my hands and a shelter/dug out is really what I want to do. Thank you so much for this!! I see that it’s possible. 🤍

To build the bushcraft is really tough work, especially in cold day, but always make me feel.peaceful and confortable, the place lived is my ideal hope and wish, anyway,that has to be a awesome and amazing experience to explore someday

В лесу зимой и глина мягкая и земля не мёрзлая не разу , и воду где-то взял , прямо кудесник
Так это октябрь, первый снег, ещё не зима. И это на Украине, там тёплая зима. Это целая компания друзей под общим названием Lesnoy, так они зарабатывают деньги на UA-cam. Всё это театр, а мы в нём зрители.
И пришел с пустым рюкзаком и килограммы гвоздей откуда- то взялись... А ещё плёнка, чайник, лампы и т.д и т.п....
Колоссальный труд, душевно и красиво...

Beatifull, this made think how much confort we can appreciate.
There is a crew out there ...but they only show when this man is hammering or cutting something on his own...very neat work
Some of the channels out there (particularly the ones that are obsessed with pools and fully underground conplexes supposedly dug out with a stick) definitely have a crew and possibly mechanical equipment off camera that does a lot of the work, but I don't think this one has a crew. If you've ever watched the TV show Alone you can see how a single person can do this amount of work + filming on their own. I'm not personally a fan of taking a bag full of nails into the wilderness to leave lying around an old shelter, but its effective for a quick build done by a single person.
