    I, too, find journaling therapeutic! My oldest sister passed away unexpectedly in March, and now I suffer from anxiety.
    Decorating the pages and coffee stickers makes me happy 😊

    Oh! I need to grab one of those “Don’t look back” stickers! So cute! I love journaling and have taken your idea of decorating the pages with stickers as well. It makes me happy. I have a journal (similar to your emotional journal) that I call the “b*tch book” and I don’t go back and read the pages because it’s just me venting. Then I have my daily journal. Really, I just like writing, stickers, paper and planners so the more I can use the better. lol

    hi. i have found journaling as well releases alot of stress for me.. and if i keep journal pages in my all-in-one planner then I find myself journaling daily.. vs. if it was in a seperate book altogether.

    Sometimes I wish I could “raw feelings and get it all out in paper”. I would be afraid someone would read it therefore I have notebooks, make notebooks etc yet there they sit.

      Burn it after writing. I feel like there is some therapy in burning the venting. Or maybe codewords or something akin.

      Or try a rings binder that you can dispose of the pages you don’t want anyone to see.

      Maybe buy you some acrylic paints and paint over it. Or glue pretty pictures from magazine pages over it. I saw that suggestion somewhere years ago.

      @@carrienoyes2785I do that too - fire pit and watching my journal pages going up in flames is so symbolic & therapeutic

      Nah I’m over doing that for now. But it did help me in the day.
