I wish the Dahua remote viewing app would enable *geofencing* , i.e. the camera system deactivates monitoring or at least alarming, once the user enter a certain area and is of course re-activated when the user leave the area (or no other registered users are present. That would be a great feature to add Dahua!
@@ClarkeZor Can I have motion detect turned on but have the audio alarm set to a schedule? I can see a period schedule setting for Warning Light but nothing for the audio alarm. Thanks!
This video is terrible and very misleading. The night time shot goes from a really dark night time poor quality picture and then jumps to an early evening dusk shot(much brighter conditions)and then illuminates in colour. Makes me wary of the product if they can't show true examples in every scenario of what it's meant to do.

Yes, there is a scheduler for the smart motion detection, audio & light and also the IVS.
@@ClarkeZor are you able to turn off the flashing light and audio if wanted but still use the people and vehicle detection features?
@@mediavaultofdayton6472 Yes, you can turn off audio and/or light within the IVS settings

@@neel9940 You would have to create a separate IVS rule for audio and warning light as the schedule is linked.
