Kato Product Preview - January 2020 - N Broadway Limited and GG1 locomotives

Coming this month - an exciting new release, the Pennsylvania Railroad "Broadway Limited" returns to N scale for the first time in 10 years! This iconic New York - Chicago train will be available in hobby stores in late January/early February 2020, pulled by the classic Raymond Loewy electric GG1 locomotive, available in Brunswick Green and Tuscan Red paint schemes!
Kato's new release of the Broadway Limited includes brand new road numbers for all of the specially designed and unique cars on this train, including the BM70M Heavyweight baggage car and assortment of numerous different types of sleepers!
See footage of this new N scale train intercut with footage of the classic real life train and then visit your local hobby shop to pick up a train of your own at the end of January!

I remember getting the 4-car set and the gg1 as a gift and then scouring the internet to find the 10-car set (out of production at the time) i finally found it at a show a few years ago. Awesome to see this get re-released it’s a gorgeous train especially when run on a layout with twisty but large radius curves that really let the passenger cars flow together like a snake

This complete's my memory of going from Detroit to LA in 1968 Detroit took the Broadway Limited to Chicago then the ATSF EL Capitan to LA one of my favorite memory's thank you Kato for making me a boy again.

I have the Kato 10 car Southern Pacific Morning Daylight set along with the GS4 number 4449 steam locomotive as my excursion train set on my N scale model railroad. Kato has great N scale train sets of the Broadway Limited, Twentieth Century Limited, Silver Streak Zephyr which can also be used as the Pioneer Zephyr & Nebraska Zephyr, the Chicago & Northwestern 400, the Milwaukee Road Olympian Hiawatha, my N scale Amtrak Superliner set is the Amtrak Coast Starlight.

I love the look it's cool! I just wish you guys would do either 1938 or 1943 20th Century Limited set with a Dreyfus Hudson to go with. Would be a great way to introduce the Hudson class of locomotives again, I like the old con cor ones but some don't run all that great.
