My experience with Surging Sparks so far? Opened 64 packs and not a single SIR or Hyper rare. Only pulled 2 Full Arts and 4 IR's one of which has crappy borders. So yeah. Not happy
got the 570 dollar pikachu card out of 150 packs, i opened it on my 7 to last pack, so yeah, the hit rates arent the best we have seen. i spent a total of nearly 450$ worth of packs to get it

I think Prismatic Evolutions is gonna be a billion times better than Eevee Heroes. The pull rate with Evolving Crys is pretty much non-existent since it's a combination of 2 sets, while it looks like Prismatic Evolutions is gonna be by itself and have a lot nice promo cards and merch to go with it. It truly will be an Eevee celebration and makes me wish I was collecting the Eeveelutions.
