All i can think of is how do they not get hundreds of sharp metal slivers in their feet? Amazing!
And smashed hands and feet seven times a day.
And all that mind numbing work for a few dollars a day so we in western world can benefit ☹️
That’s how you recycle. Very good. Can’t imagine being barefoot in that line of work.
Yea and the only protective equipment is the odd pair of gloves. Insane.
I have a lot of respect for these very hard-working people.
The economics of this is amazing.
They take a disposable waste product and create jobs and affordable goods.
To compare this to how we do things in the developed world is naïve.
Love that one guy on the lathe, smiling and dancing around as he worked 🤣
No glittery and shiny narcissistic influencers here. Honest, hard working people toiling for food and for their families in almost inhumane, unsafe working conditions.
Boo hoo
So true the guys at the end spinning metal. A clear case of making it look easy.
Yeah just for a moment... British and their...fack gotta sabotage it...send some person...with bad words and other things they do ...this behavior happen because this English leadership is fools ...
best job, best people....
God bless these hard working people, now I know why my mother said “ tie your shoes and stay in school”
Just lovin it. Love to see Health n Safety officers here in Australia watching this.....they haven’t lived!!
Yep OH&S would have a field day, once they recovered from their heart attack.
Respect to each and everyone of those workers. Just imagine how many blows of a hammer does it take to cut a barrel up like that, and a damaged barrel at that.. I would find it hard to get someone to cut a barrel with an angle grinder.. Then the use of oil residue as a fuel for the fire to burn off the paint, nothing wasted.. Credit to all involved..
My company thank you Bhai ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hard work by a primitive process. Good job Recycling at it's most basic level. Some of our GenX and GenZ lazy American teenagers need enrolled in this school of hard knocks. Look not a cell phone in sight.
These are hardworking men doing the best they can for their families.
I am always amazed at how these people take old used items are make new things out of them without all the fancy equipment many countries have. I do wish they were made to wear shoes while working around sharp items I always worry they are going to have a serious injury due to the lack of proper shoes and safety equipment. I do love seeing what they make.
what was it he made?
@@wendellmosley1375I think they are food vessels.
Interesting video 🙏 nice sharing 🙏
Looks as this people live on planet Smokey 😮
Amazing worker's God bless you guys.
Imagine going to work every day totally hammered. 😂
Thanks for posting. Fascinating process and video. Machines that were made to last.
Glad you enjoyed it
I had to put earmuffs on just to watch this, even with the volume turned off.
I am absolutely NOT a safety sally and believe you should work how you feel comfortable. But, 2 things stood out in this video. 1. The first guy striking a metal bar cutting the barrels in half. He must have serious nerve damage in his left hand and arm from the vibrations. Why not build the tool with a wooden handle to absorb some of the vibrations. 2. Those barrels are lined and that lining usually absorbs the product stored in them. I can’t help but believe those guys are slowly poisoning their bodies with the exposure. For sure the guy that was burning the lining off. The fumes in the smoke would be toxic.
not slowly. That burning off the paint and product residue alone
Amazing what they are capable of producing
Amazing skill, everything to them all!
I couldn't help but notice how oil-soaked the ground is in the first segment where those workers are breaking down the used oil drums. And they walk around in it barefoot.
I love how they throw everything on the floor multiple times😂
CONTAMINATED SOIL VERY .
Sema Bro.... Hard Work
Sensacional eu gostei de mais valeu👍👏
When the terminology “oil can“ was used, I immediately thought third world, and when I looked at the footwear, I knew I was right. In the United States, they’re called oil drums.
Very Nice jod well done
Buen trabajo.
Good stuff!
These men put in so much work and effort for pittance wages. The only one who profits is the owner.
what ? who do u think, came up with the idea, put in the capital, bought the equipment & found the buyers ! Of course, the owner deserves the lion share . He took the most risk & initiative , which communist country do u live in ?
These videos are inspiring and sad at the same time.
You certainly deserve you wages 👍🏼
I knew this whole steel toed boots thing was a scaam. 3:50
The fella on the hammer is a machine!!
That hammer sounds like my Stepmother walkin upstairs....
Why did he grab the worst barrel on the lot to work with? He probably spent an hour trying to straighten the metal flat,he could have cut up 5 other barrels. I'm just thinking of the other workers that are standing around not making money.
❤❤❤
Mas fino el viejo q la maquina😮
If I were their boss, there’s no way I could stand by, raking in the profit and not even kit my workers out with protective shoes and other safety gear that in the UK would be considered vital. All those shards of metal must end up in those poor guys feet all the time. It’s appalling and inhuman.
Someone please tell me that those plates are not used for food!
They are obviously cleaned first
Of course they are 😂
construction
There's a lot of good sheet metal in a drum. Wish i could get them some better tools.
I got tinnitus just from watching the video .
Very hardworking ppl 👥👤🗣️📢
the reason our country does not have a rail network anymore
I wonder how many toes he has squashed 😂
So what nasty toxic chemicals were in those barrels? And heating the metal to remove the paint just volitizes all the nasties...
It enhances the flavor of the food cooked in them!
@@drivestowork😂.......🔥🪦🪦🪦
Well done video
Guy in bare feet with all those shards of steel and sharp edges..,
None of it looks fun but that paint burning step would be awful. I wish these guys had better options.
There must be some horrific injuries with those rollers, hammers and lathes. Burning the grease off and scraping it looks rather toxic.
Tutto sto casino per fare cosa?
They could really use a hydraulic press.
Skilled
How many injuries do they get being barefooted and no gloves/PPE
They working for Ikea ?
I wish that they were monitoring comments and would answer questions.
Yes
@@circusthuppaki Considering the location and standard of living, are these considered well-paying jobs?
Yep those are definitely unused...
Respect for the workers but the product and work conditions are terrible. Melt the steel and reuse!
Unused?
Those are USED barrels !
No shit Sherlock.
@@shaunmorrissey7313 I think he was referring to the title that said they were unused barrels. I think the title meant they were not used as barrels anymore.
The title meant they were not used as barrels anymore. English is probably not their 1st language.
I often wonder how many black toe nails there are. These guys always wear flip flops
Miserable life. Fume, rust, smoke,
poor people
Recycling is a fine thing but not in this way
nnnnnnnn
nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
nnn
How contaminate is the soil their working on? That place is hell and no one should be working in the envir.
East Palestine, Ohio is worse.
thank fuck the cost of human life and misery is so cheap
