Something that has always been on the back of my mind, is the warning from Jesus to flee to the mountains.
This is recorded in the NT that most Jewish people don’t read.
How are they going to heed a warning they haven’t heard or believed?
My only thought was the remnant are messianic Jews who have accepted messiah already and are familiar with the warning to flee.
Just one of those little conundrums that always resurfaces when I study the Olivet discourse.

You’re right. This is referring to the believing remnant of Israel- as Paul tells us, God always preserves for Himself a remnant. (Romans 11)
This remnant will flee as refugees “to the mountains” of Bozrah, or modern-day Petra (Micah 2:12), where they will be protected from the forces of the Antichrist (Revelation 12:14).
When the Messiah-King comes to rescue and regather Israel, He will march through Petra (Bozrah) and regather them with the rest of the flock, and lead them back into the land of Israel. He actually marches toward Jerusalem with blood-stained garments, just having left Bozrah in battle (Isaiah 63).

After the Rapture.. many people will be saved. Also the 144000 witnesses will be preaching the gospel and turning them to Christ

Except in scripture the rapture is not until the Last day at the Lords second coming.
. He appears in the sky, with a loud trumpet and the shout of an archangel
. The dead in Christ are resurrected
. Those still alive are snatched up and transformed in the twinkle of an eye
. Together they meet Jesus in the air
. Jesus completes His descent with all His saint and myriads of angels
. Jesus marches through the wilderness from Egypt to Jerusalem, regathering His people from captivity and hiding
. He arrives and His feet stand on the Mt of Olives, which splits into two.
I have included the relevant scripture that my conclusions are based upon.
      1 Thessalonians 4:15-17
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall RISE FIRST:
17 THEN we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
      Isaiah 63:1
Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
      Zechariah 14:4
And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
Blessings and peace be with you.

I just found out about this ministry through UA-cam. Thank you for all your hard work and thank you for sharing with us. A message to all believers lets not get lost in things that we don’t fully understand but lets be ready for His return and lets focus on saving souls that are headed to hell. If the rapture happens pre-tribulation or pre-wrath it does change the fact that we still need to focus on sharing the Gospel so God can change hearts.

Wow… 16:50 it makes the preaching of Paul and his heavy emphasis on saved by faith not of works, makes so the much more sense now.
When you read throughout the scriptures good works are most definitely a part of Christian faith.
But the most important beginning of this manner of living is “faith in Christ alone”.
    Next part is “works”.

Dear David, it's not often I disagree with you or others at ZH but it does happen. Usually in a 'not so sure but,,, kind of way.
I think the covenant with 10, Islamic nations is already in place before the anti-christ, the little horn in Daniel 7, uproots 3 of the 10 horns of the 4th beast. It is after he does so that he confirms the covenant that is already in place.

Yes, I concur, it does say, ‘reaffirms’ so I just assumed that the AC reaffirms some treaty or covenant already made. Possibly the ones being drawn up now through Saudi or something Trump achieves during his office.
Nevertheless the stage is being set, the puppets are aligning and getting into position and Israel, will be Israel! Who finally repent and accept their messiah. Hallelujah!

The difficulty i have with his timing of the two witnesses is that the Bible says that they come during the second woe/sixth trumpet....well into the wrath of God. So their coming can't be during the tribulation because the saints are still on the earth at that time.

    • @Tyler-xd9rb
      @Tyler-xd9rb 3 місяці тому +2

There is no such thing as "the tribulation."
You are correct in stating that the church will still be on earth during the 70th week of Daniel, until it is removed at some point during the 2nd half.
The book of Revelation is not consecutive all the way through. The chapter containing the two witnesses is going back and filling in details.
I haven't gotten to David talking about them in this vid yet but I have heard either him or others saying they show up at the mid-point. This due to their ministry of 1260 days. I have a problem with this as it would have people rejoicing at their deaths and that taking place during the day of the Lord. In Isaiah chap 2, a day of the Lord passage, we are told the Lord only will be exalted in that day,,, twice.
As far as their showing up after the 6th trumpet, that does not allow enough time for their ministry to finish before the end of the 70th week.
Keep in mind, the scroll that contains the trumpets and bowls cannot be opened until all 7 seals on the outside have been opened, broken.
At the breaking of the 6th seal, Rev 6:12-17 - Matt 24:29 and others, Christ is seen coming in the clouds, the 144K are sealed and the church is raptured. Rev 7.
In Revelation 8:1 the 7th seal is broken, there is silence in heaven for about a half hour (reverence and awe for what is about to happen) and then the 1st trumpet sounds.

    • @QZigZagg
      @QZigZagg 23 дні тому

As one examines Revelation 11 in context, their ministry in mentioned in context of Jerusalem and its Temple being seized by the Gentiles armies (Revelation 11:1-2).
Which indicates that their ministry is primarily during the second half of the 70th week of Daniel.
Their ministry is concluded and they are killed & resurrected a little before the sounding of the seventh trumpet, which signifies the establishment of the Messiah’s Kingdom (verse 15).
The Two Witnesses appear mostly likely a little before the Abomination of Desolation.

Elijah as one of the two witnesses? Yes?
Moses? I don't think so. Why? For starters, Moses already died once.
It is appointed unto man to die once, and after that, the judgement.
    Did Elijah die?
Was there another who did not die? C'mon Bereans, you know who I'm referring to.
Am I dogmatic about this? No. But I do think it lines up better with scripture.

Both Elijah and Enoch died. How do I know?.....because Jesus said in John 3:13, "And no one has ascended into Heaven, but He who descended from Heaven, even the Son of Man."

    • @lw216316
      @lw216316 23 дні тому

@@shiner_man my understanding is that in Old Testament times, when believers died they did not go immediately to heaven, but went to a place called Abraham's bosom and that after He died Jesus went to that place and took them to heaven. I think the reason being that until Jesus died their atonement had not been paid for. When Jesus died on the cross His last words were 'paid in full' (it is finished.) It was kind of like God wrote the Old Testament believers a check for atonement that could not be cashed until after Jesus died. If this is true then it would allow for Elijah and Enoch to have died (yet not go to heaven, yet) and so Jesus could say no one has ascended to heaven (at the time of His speaking that, before His death).
