They are worth it. These phones actually offer healthier sound quality than most brands. Most headphones have hard-ass treble and weak bass, but these have heavy bass, realistic clarity and can be listened to for longer without hurtin your ears. That's what up!
never tried the Power Beats or Urbeats, but I have tried the Tour's. I never had an issue with these, I have small ear canals and i got the smallest buds. They fit perfectly and have impressive bass for earphones.
So ibeats or urbeats? I like the ibeats design more though but what one is better or newer? Again though if no difference i think i may get ibeats it looks more cool lol.

With Beats recent partnership with HTC...They have made a product specified for HTC products such as their smartphones and laptops. IBeats were similar, marketed as specialized earphones for Ipods, Iphones, or Ipads (among other Apple Products). Don't worry, they are still compatible for Apple products. Hope this helped!

The iBeats are trying to be getten rid of. Beats no longer manufacture them. These urBeats aren't aimed towards Android and HTC only, they just added accessibility to those devices because in the past, you had to buy a different pair.
They look nice. Shame about the material being the same as the mixrs. You could pretty much blow on the headband of the mixrs and huge scratches will appear everywhere. You were right about the case looking better than the headphones, maybe they should just ditch the urbeats and just sell the cases.
Idk why u guys talk about previous beats products because the hardware was made by Monster. If all ur gonna say that ur headphone broke down or something, then blame Monster. Urbeats were officially made from Beats by Dr. Dre and the quality is fantastic

not that that's a bad thing. Most beats headphones don't have a lot of bass, they just have a ton of mid-bass(80hz-250hz) that quickly disappears around 45-55hz. These have a hefty amount of mid bass, but it's balanced by real, deep bass that doesn't roll off until ~25hz, which is pretty excellent. Only about %1 the population gets to hear bass that deep.

I had purchased the same earphones and i have a one question: should it be a serial number on the wire, or it's a normal that i hadn't any exactly on earphones? There's a some kind of number only in box.
Beats is no longer selling ibeats, those earphones are sol out at any store like Best Buy, the difference was that the old urbeats were made to work only for android, so the ibeats were made to work with apple products but this new urbeats are universal, to work will most cell phones and music players.
the ibeats/urbeats dont have the flat monster designed tangle free cables that you see with the tours etc but i know alot of friends who have these and they havent had any problem with the cable tangling.
if i was you i would get urbeats. i own some and they're really good! my friend owns Bose earphones and i let him use mine and he said that my urbeats were a lot better.
so i got these for Christmas and haven't opened them, i'm not sure i can justify using $100 ear phones and don't really understand the difference from any other ear bud...... you can get decent buds for $15 is $85 really worth a brand name?
Ik this is an old comment, buttfreak it lol. In my experience, buying those 15 dollar ear buds isn't worth it. I'd walk to target, and a month later find myself buying a new pair all over again. Over the course of a year I've spent well over 100 bucks on cheap buds. So why not just buy something that'll last? May be different in your case though. ..
Review for the isport immersion by monster. These are the new ibeats as a worker from beats by Dre told me. You should buy some comply foam tips. They are great for earphones. I had problems with earphones falling out until I bought the foam tips.
They leak is GREAT .. I had them on 100 % and no one heard my music . If you want to hear ya music on loud and have any one hearing them these would be the perfect pair hey if you have any question reply to me ..

In contrast to my last comment...I think you should do a video showing all of your beats products! Whether it be UrBeats, IBeats, Beats Tour, PowerBeats, HeartBeats, Mixrs, Solos, Studios, Wireless, Executive, Pro, The Beats Pill(or any other beats speakers). I think it is something that people would be interested in. I know I am!
I've heard these and I own iBeats, and I really don't recommend them all that much, the sound is quite veiled/muffled, which really isn't all that great. I'd go for something that has a little more clarity in the sound, because nobody likes dull highs.
I recently got mines...but the sides seem to slowly peel a bit and show the sliver underneath...i think the tour could hold more of a beating than the urbeats...
Should I be worried with the wire here? Every set of earphones I've had I've had problems with - with one earphone going bust due to the wire coming loose. So should I worry?
iBeats are HTC's brand of beats and since the split with Beats and HTC, Beats have not been able to sell them therefore, urBeats. Also the studios will remain.

IMO i have Beats Tour and i love it but Get an Iphone 5 earpods its really good really comfortable than my beats tour and sounds great to.

I recommend buting the apple earpods there almost as good as the urbeats, they are also 70$ cheaper.
My earpods sometimes stand up to my Solo HDs for sound quality.
The earpods are great, but sadly, they won't really fit my ears as good as the urBeats.

beats is not manufactured by monster so they created a new version called urbeats and the pouch is not magnetic it is just flat metal rods
