I can imagine how hard it must be to translate this into a whole other instrument. And it isn't acdc. It's like an end level boss or something. But it still sounds funny
It's actually really common to do that kinda stuff on orchestral instruments. You just take an arpeggio and skip a few notes. It's easier on those than a guitar cause, well it's a lot to explain. I play French Horn freelance so that's how I know this
Omega Studios Yeah for sure. Wind instruments almost seem made for that. Meanwhile on a guitar you have to worry about two different hand techniques, noise, etc. It’s not a natural technique for a guitar. That’s probably why it took so long to develop into what it is today.
More pro classical music people should watch this so they can appreciate just how damn complicated and beautiful this music is without immediately judging the seriousness of the genre based on the vocals alone. So many people discount amazing metal musicians because they 'dont like the angry yelling'.
And in the same sentiment, metalheads should appreciate classical music because a lot of metal patterns and techniques actually come from a classical background, just sprinkled with some of that angry yelling you referred to :)... I'm a classically trained clarinetist and I think this is freakin' EPIC!!! A lot of the death metal stuff sounds like many of the technical studies I learned in university. Too many people discount classical music too!
MusicontheBrain247 Agreed, however more metalheads probably appreciate classical music than classical music fans appreciate metal. People need to realize how much skill the vocals actually take to do well and for extended periods of time, then listen to the music and see how interesting it is.
My clarinet teacher once told me that she took the time to listen to metal and her impressions were that even though harmony in metal is extremely basic, all the other elements are very complex, she told me, a classical clarinetist who doesn't listen to the genre, that is very interesting music. That speaks of a person willing to know before judging.
