This was such a great video! I haven't crocheted in 6 months and so I appreciated how you outlined how to do sc, hdc, dc, and tc so I didn't have to watch other videos in order to remember how. I also loved the speed at which you went because I could usually keep up without pausing. So great and they're so cute! Thank you so much!
Just wanted to say I loved this video so much. Even if it was relatively fast, it was so good because the camera angles and perfect lighting with repeated steps made it so easy to follow when I slowed it down a bit. Then I was able to follow it on normal speed. Thank you!!! The first thing that wasn’t a scarf I have finally crocheted 😂 xD :D
Great , clear instructions, easy to follow you! Thank you for this video ! I made my daughter an Afghan with a crocheted white rose in one corner and made two of your leaves in a beige to go with it...looks great! The Afghan is a medium blue.
Ive been crocheting squares for 2 weeks… ive watched hours and hours of videos and i could NOT follow along.. it was soo confusing. Til i found this! Thank you so much! I now have my first leaf!🥰
I'm making crochet roses for Valentine's Day and adding these leaves to them is a perfect touch. Your video is easy to follow and the leaves turn out great! Thank you 😊😊😊
To make leaf smaller, I shortened initial chain and eliminated treble crochet stitches. I made height increases and decreased as follows: Height increase: of SC, HDC, DC (multiples of DC in center for width of leaf); Height decreases: DC HDC, SC. Turned out great!
Thank you for the pattern. It was very easy to follow for a newbie like me. I made two leaves. One as per the pattern, another one as per the pattern in the opposite direction. It came out perfect.
Thank you for this tutorial on how to crochet a leaf. I have never made a leaf before. I needed to crochet 30 leaves for a commission and this video was easy to follow. The best part is that it looks like a leaf that I crocheted.
Beautifully instructed ! Perfect 4 beginners. Like myself . came out beautifully ! Usually i have to watch the video first to see if I can do it. But as soon as you started I went along with you because I knew you were going to have clear instructions❤🍃
So happy I found your UA-cam! I’ve been self taught crocheting for years and you really helped me understand the different names for stitches by how detailed you are in your explanation!
Im making a sunflower blanket atm. :). Joining hundreds of sunflowers together... And wanted a leaf to add extra colour too it... :). I love sunflowers too thanks for the idea for another project :)

Had it at .5, still had to pause it sometimes. I'm not complaining it's just funny. I'm using these as the petals for a magnolia flower, i had some trouble finding a good tutorial, so I settled with trying to use a leaf pattern but with white yarn.
Loved the tutorial! My first leaf came out a bit wonky but I'll keep practicing, the video was super easy to follow and I like that you kept in the moments where you had to undo some of the steps :) big thanks from brazil
My crocheting is sporatic - do some then don't do any for months. Your video was fantastic. Very clear to see, hear and undertand. Do you have videos for crocheting Maple and Oak leaves?
you move at a speed that could rival fighter jets, but damn I appreciate how clear you are. second try on a leaf pattern in general, finally got it. you know what its not symmetrical but im ok with that, because last time it looked like an S lol

Love this video; no music, just down to business
Love adding more depth.
I also don't like the music part, some music makes you go too sleep, so boring 😮
Yes!! It's *so* much easier for me to focus on the actual material without muzak intruding. Best crochet video I've seen :)
