I was passing rough days at school, feeling lonely and isolated. Nerd, socially awkward, not part of the "cool" kids, you know the story. This song really really got me going through that rough stretch. I'm so glad it did. Now, 33, I can only see it as empty positivity, but that it can work when you are young, naive and lonely, it did in my case. And for that, I will be forever grateful.

I have been a huge loyal self proclaimed S Club 7 fan since my childhood and they’ve played a huge part of my growing up, their music always put a big smile to my face and every time I hear one of their song or watch them on Television like in their TV Shows or Music Videos. I always sing and dance to them full of joy, happiness and all my troubles go away like ‘Reach’ which is my all time favourite song by them. I own nearly every single S Club 7 merchandise you can think of, their albums, DVDs, everything including a big 5D Diamond Painting of them hung up on my bedroom wall. Not to mention, I have a tattoo on my right forearm with “Reach For The Stars” written on it with 7 different coloured stars underneath to show that I truly am their biggest fan. I even got to meet one of the members in real life at a Birmingham Comic Con in 2014, and that was Hannah Spearitt. I even went to see S Club 7 (All 7 of them) live at the World Resort Arena in Birmingham when they first did a reunion tour the following year, That was the best night of my life. I was planning to go to see them again at the AO Arena in Manchester this October when S Club 7 first announced a 2nd Reunion Tour for their 25th Anniversary last year, and I was full of excitement about it. Then in April that year, the news of Paul’s passing broke and I was absolutely heartbroken and devastated, my whole world turned upside down, it just came unexpected and he was only 46, that is a very young age for somebody to die at and even when S Club 7 had big plans for that year 💔 But I was happy S Club 7’s 25th Anniversary Reunion tour as in ‘The Good Times Tour’ went ahead the following months last October and was made to honour Paul’s memory with it being Jo, Bradley, Rachel, Jon and Tina on the tour. But Hannah did not participate in light of Paul’s passing. It was sad that Paul wasn’t there with us to be part of the ‘The Good Times Tour’ and it be won’t the same without him or Hannah, but I know in my heart Jo, Bradley, Rachel, Jon and Tina did their very best and bravery to Honour Paul and put on a great show. He would’ve been very disappointed if they pulled the plug. Like they said, NO ONE can ever replace Paul or Hannah and they’ll always be S Club 7. As for me, S Club 7 will forever be a part of me, they’re my heroes and I’m gonna keep loving them for as long as I live and they’ll still hold a special place in my heart. Their legacy will forever live on and continue to inspire me for generations to come. They’re still one of the influential Pop Groups of their time. To conclude this comment. Sclub 7 were awsome and their songs aware still awsome and so upbeat to this day. They got me through my childhood.
My granddaddy died when I was 13 so for Father’s Day my mom needed to get away. We went to the beach (this was 2003) and on the beach I wrote “S Club 7” in the sand. 😅 I was obsessed!!!

I heard my sister playing this song when she was decorating her room which made me smile. Then I went on Facebook and found out that Paul had passed. So sad. :(
