Locus Standi | Administration Law

Locus Standi is one of the Important concept in law. Dictionary meaning of the term is 'the right or capacity to bring an action or to appear in a court'. I have tried explained the concept with reference, meaning, case law and how locus standi is moving towards getting liberalized towards Public Interest Litigation. Hope this helps.
