And the character looks like of sword and shield, but more importantly of BDSP and arceus dropped you from sinnoh knowing that you have defeated cyrus once so you could again. As a continuation of BDSP . Cyllene let you in cause she knows you and dawn's familiar faces as strong trainer who could help him. So only familiar faces like of marnie, Mars,Prof. Rowan, Cynthia and dawn can be seen. Cause he knows them
