Just had a problem where my headphones would connect and immediately disconnect after I had been using them flawlessly all day at work. The headphones also wouldn't go in pairing mode. Holding the + and - buttons didn't fix anything, just turned the headphones off.
All I had to do to successfully fix it was have the headphones on, connect my phone and headphones via aux cord, unplug the aux, turn the headphones off, then hold the power button on the headphones for a couple seconds and it instantly went into pairing mode and reconnected to my phone.

I just figured it out! turn on the evos, then press and hold the vol up and down at the same time and keep holding it UNTIL it powers off. Once it turned off, power back on and now tray pairing it up. it works for me

My Skullcandy Hesh 2 cans only work through the left ear when paired to Bluetooth stratus c7 mobile, works through both ears if I use the wire, it really bums me out bad cuz I loved these Cans

Mine worked fine the last months but here it comes, this morning they worked completely fine but now they dont pair. I can turn them on and off and they get into pairing mode and i can see them on my phone but they just dont pair and idk what to do cause i cant find a solution for this. Just got it resolved :) ypu have to hold the + and - button not only for 2 seconds, hold them at least 5 seconds, this worked for me so i hope it helps

I could get mine into pairing mode but they wouldn’t pair I found with the crusher evo’s you hold the two buttons well after they go into pairing mode and they will turn off and they worked perfectly fine after that

i was just stressing abt that. hold the volume up and down buttons well for longer than it says in the clip. they will eventually turn off. then turn them on again and it should pair with ur phone now and work fine.

Don’t buy these they are absolute garbage. They eventually won’t pair together so if you’d like listening to one earbud at a time by these and save the money by buying a cheap item with no customer service
