Attending London's final Open Iftar of 2024

Ramadan Tent Project's Open Iftars have been running 11 years strong. They are a chance for people of all faiths or none to come together.
This year saw the initiative travel across the country, completing large-scale Iftars every evening.
In their final event of Ramadan 2024, the team welcomed 3,000 guests to Trafalgar Square despite the rainy weather.
Mariam Amini speaks to charity founder Omar Salha, Aziz Foundation trustee Rahima Aziz, as well as volunteers and attendees on the night.
