    Been working through yet another layer of addiction and I see its face this time is conflict. You have an eloquent vocabulary and storytelling style that gives one space to be with all of it. I loved the mediation and arrived at peace just as you said the word. Synchronous and Harmonic. What a blessing. Thank you so very much

    I love that it rhymes--- attend and befriend. Great way to remember to stay open, stay attached to choices and willingness to do things differently, and not curl up into the automatic behaviors from the midbrain!

    I am blamed for things that happened in my families life. Blame is so negative and it cannot be changed. it can be acknowledged and ask for forgiveness.

    i would love to see how she would deal with a narcissist long term

    • @stillstymied
      @stillstymied 5 років тому +1

      She would allow her emotions and get in touch with what she needs and determine if she needed to protect herself from that person.

      It's funny because that's actually why I'm watching this, unfortunately it's true, my mom is a narcissist and it's not that she just abused me - she possessed my soul like a demon. and to break free from that is simply impossible, I literally would have to be Budda. 24/7 full enlightenment mindful pure awareness presence. I think the only way to really apply her teachings is to accept that I will never be able to liberate from her grip on my soul. the worst part: they are perfect and refuse to take responsibility for anything or even acknowledgement that they did something wrong. I was on my way to become narc. myself but I would never have kids knowing how selfish I am. Tell me whatever you want, I know that some parents are abusive and kids are even getting sexually abused or beaten or whatever but I know this: there is no worse form of violence than narcissistic abuse. no child deserves to go through something like that. they brainwash you and set you up on the failure to destroy you to satisfy their own selfish needs. and once your body and soul are damaged beyond repair, they throw the blame at you and make you responsible for it. they will exploit you without any remorse and suck out your soul till you'll be a shell of a human. This is not just violence. it's a demonic possession - a lifetime of abuse horrifying beyond any imagination.

    If it only took wishing may all beings be free evertywhere... but a practical peaceful revolution must take place as described in video: grunch of giants can't fool the cosmic computer chapter 6. Then the whole of humanity will be free. But in the mean time we'll meditate like sittin ducks... No mistake I love Tata Brach sessions .
