    I developed dysautonomia from Covid. That has created severe anxiety thanks to my ANS being out of balance. Sitting still and meditation don’t work. I slept with Neorhythm and had the best, deepest restorative sleep ever. In addition, according to my Welltory app, my ANS was beautifully in sync during the time I wore it in bed (4hours). My HRV soared to a reading 30 points above my very low baseline scores.
    If you’re severely out of balance for whatever reasons, the Neorhythm can be a miracle worker. If you have occasional bouts of sleeplessness or anxiety, I’m not sure how much it would help. PEMF seems to help return you to balance. What a huge relief!
    For those with long covid symptoms it may help once you find the right frequency for your body.

    I bought the Neorhythm primarily for insomnia and WOW does it's incredible for Meditation however after a session of the best Meditating I've ever had I was groggy - I have ME/CFS and it took hours to shake off. I'm going to experiment with shorter durations.
    Sleep: not sleeping any extra hours but overall deep sleep has increased.

    Dr. Cody, Can you please recommend usage & settings for a professional violinist practicing music using a Neo-rhythm, to enhance memory and training? Should you wear the Neo-rhythm headset in the same position as a Halo Sport 2, over the motor cortex?

    I'm a Neorhythm user. It helps my sleep (I have sleep apnea using a cpap machine that measures sleep and a wrist activity monitor and I have straight up measured proof that Neorhythm improves my sleep and extends deep sleep). I'm not sure if it helps my work activity and focus. Have we done a Neorhythm vs Notion 2? Do they interfere with each other? Can the use of the Neorhythm help with training for mental visualization so you can get a clearer control signal so the Notion 2 can pick up / learn a brain control faster? That was clumsily phrased, did you understand me? Can you push / force a mental focus state using the Neorhythm and measure that with Notion 2?
    This may be old information but I was told it takes a long time to learn to control an exterior apparatus using just your brain. I remember an old documentary (at least 3-5 years old, maybe more) where it took days for someone to learn to visualize/focus enough to turn a light on and off.

    Do you think the neorythm can be used for individuals with thick curly hair?

  • @AvatarQuan
    @AvatarQuan 3 роки тому +2

    Hi there, you seem to be very knowledgeable with the Neorythm and spiritual/meditative practice. I only have the Neorythm (I'm not in the market for others) and am looking for advice/opinion/help. I would like to combat some things using the device and wondered if you might have some tips on the frequencies I can use.
    1) Firstly, something reoccurring is pressure in my forehead/third eye area. Sometimes it happens after good meditation and lingers for a few days, other times I think it might be associated with the iPhone screen (I am getting an antiglare cover for it shortly). But what frequency is best to counteract or ease the pressure? It feels like a dull ache. I work with Reiki energy, my master says to try and ground more of the energy... but I am more grounded than a tree right now! So I hope this device can help along with your tips..
    2) Second thing I want to counteract is brain fog... The Energy and Vitality setting doesn't seem to do much for me. Some of the others are making my cognitions feel exhausted or drowsy. Or indeed, create more pressure on the forehead.
    So maybe I need a balance with the two and only use the machine for that.
    3) (this is less important, I'm already asking too much of your time) Might you have a list/guide or resource for trying other frequencies, (like the frequency to release serotonin, yada yada..) other than the Omnipemf guide to try. I've surfed through Reddit to no avail...
    Thanks so so much for any thoughts!

    At the 4 minute mark, you say if the individual tends to get drowsy to use the NeoRhythm to “maintain wakefulness”. But around 5:30, you recommend the NeoRythym to aid in sleep. Soooo...which is it? Will it keep me awake or help me sleep?? I am looking for a device that will help me calm my mind at night and aid in sleep.
