I love all of their personalities Donnie : Always WOKE, focused on issues during that time well as now and saw purpose in their music as well as their band and didn't mind standing up for their image. Jonathan: Laid back, shy, and sweet. There's always a sense of maturity whenever he did interviews (I think this was because he was the oldest one and I'm pretty sure he always kept the group focused. Jordan: So goofy and full of life. I love how he laughs at things his other bandmates say but how he also knew when to get serious. (We would have been great friends if I was around during this time) Joey: So young and playful. Especially during interviews and concerts. I'm pretty sure he joked around a lot and always try to get everyone to be happy. Danny: Very comedically spoken. And I love the hip hop vibe I get from in when I watch their concerts or their interviews. He seems very down to Earth. I think one of the reasons their group was so great is because they each had something to offer and they ALL were important to the band. No one was bigger than the group and they never try to focus on their own wants and needs, but on the group's wants and needs as a whole. And they cherish their fans and love people and MUSIC. Thats why I love them so so so much and I pray that one day I see them all in concert and on the cruise (especially Jordan lol, he's always been my favorite). ! :)
In 1992, NKOTB were irrelevant in the US. It became uncool to like them, even amongst teen girls. Plus, they hadn't released any new hits. At that time, hip-hop and grunge were the top genres of music for the youth. Even Michael Jackson had become popular again. Aussies were late to catch on.
oh my god i totally never saw this now i remember y donnie ment so much to me when i was growing up he always had so much to say and said it so well ... and he still looks amazing now x x
The crying girl is kinda freaking me out lol. At least we now know that Danny was the playboy. I find Jordan very mysterious though. Hard to read. Not sure whether back he was more into flings like Danny & Donnie or whether he was more into meaningful relationships…
OMG I'm exactly like Kaza79! I still have the tape with every little interview & news story of when they were in Australia. I knew most of this news stoy off-by-heart [still do]. That girl cracked me up [The southern belle who was crying over Donnie's possibility of being locked up "
I have this vague memory of seeing them at Mid Valley Shopping Centre in Morwell, Victoria, when I was about 7 years old in approx 1992. Can anyone confirm that they travelled to regional areas in Australia?
