Why would someone put a thumbs down, it is very clear and concise vid. I would add though that it may have been useful to show spring clamps as an alternative way of compressing the springs, but other than that its spot on. I've got my mates to do over Xmas. Thank god there's no nasty Ford type pinch bolt in the hub, I once spent two hours trying to get one out!!!

I tell you what,this is capable of doing at home with no problem! Looks straight forward except getting the spring off but use those spring clamps.Many thanks for the video.

No mention of checking wheel alignment ( tracking ) after spring Replacment.
Yes, it is recommended that you adjust the camber after this replacement.
