Personally i like a predator instinct build and just use her as weapons platform. Great when you can't invest 8-10 catalysts. Its just a safe and effective build. Once the catalyst slot update comes out you won't have to lock in to 1 build and will be free to optimize the builds that works best for you.
It’s not a bad build. You can stack shot focus, predator instinct, walk a tightrope, frenzy, and the annihilator set for decent damage. Either that build you can invest more in survivability and pretty much become unkillable which is also nice
Lepic is a better weapon platform with his power unit change/ tightrope/shotfocus/slayer set combo and is more tanky. Best to just build into gley's 4 imo
wish you could change mod loadouts before the void boss intercept starts if you match make with randoms and see an enzo and luna. changing equipment to say a thundercage reactor so you can benefit more of the buff is nice but loadout would be sooo big.
Also we need to see compilation of luna+gley gameplay to see how it really works on bosses. In theory dps will be insane with sps mod (ofc if boss doesn't have really strong critical resistance like gluttony).
Demonic entusiast here... very curious how skill critical works with Massacre, and demonic version esp. When i use demonic with maxed for crit chance sword, veteran 2 and decimator 2 i get 38.7 crit chance when revolver in hand. Skill crit make no changes for it in stat page. Wanna figure out how to push crit chance on it further, and if skill crit is usefull for it even if its not shown in stat page.

With PuC, Walk a tightrope, conditional recharge to insta proc, slayer set, and shot focus you do even more dmg than Gley's weapon platform build while being even tankier. Most ppl don't use or know abt this since Lepic's 4 build is so popular.
Hey i wanted to check with you regarding yujin's skill power and firearm atk buff. Can i use yujin's drone and ultimate skill to buff gley before she pulls out her massacre gun to give her the firearm damage boost and will it snap shot it. Also can I give her the 2 buffs a second time to give her the skill power component of that buff? Apologies in advance if the question is not phrased properly.
Yes those massacre extra ticks can crit but her base is really low. I would only recommend those descendant crit modules if you're willing to re catalyze more 3 slots with almandine with the season 1 change AND you know you're gonna consistently get a good Luna.
I would maybe recommend taking a look at increasing your duration on sensory as that will impact your dps drastically as I currently think you're sitting at round 8.3 seconds per sensory cast compared too the 10.1 seconds you can achieve, you're currently missing like 6 mill dps alone just from that per cast of sensory. Would also recommend SPS Instead of mental focus alongside the longer duration.
The only thing that he could really remove for extended duration mod is HP mod and that's not very ethical 😂. Also yes SPS for 10s colossus kills but probably mental focus for anything over 15s
What would be the build for spamming Greg's bombardments or Enduring Legacy? Are you supposed to swap to Predator Instinct and pure duration+cooldown set up for that?
You are just stuck in frenzy procing increased sensory as much as possible. The predator instinct would be the play there to be honest with you. But also so would sharp precision shot.
Not going to lie. I've been struggling with Gley. Sure, I can solo bosses, but I can't quite seem to work out how I am supposed to play in a (pug) group.
@@Hellwalker855 well Enzo can buff the whole teams crit rate which will give more overall raid dmg. Even better you can have a Gley WITH an Enzo since she never reloads to keep the crit buff
You can probably put HP collector on and add even more duration so you have to cast sensory less and keep more HP. Just make sure you're abusing the annihilation set HP recovery buff whenever it's available
They need to tinker with the mechanics of her skills. They can remove the negligible hp recovery from her blood orbs but make it drop 100% even if its a teammate kill. This wont change the fact that she would still need mobs to cast demonic modification or the blood bomb it will just make it consistent, skills already have cost and cooldown we don't need rng to activate them. The slow on her 3rd should also be removed the animation delay from switching stance is already a dps loss, the Hp cost is already a downside, fighting at half hp is already a huge risk,there are already enough tradeoffs in using her abilities. I know some will disagree and would say these are minor inconveniences for balance purposes. However, I am not talking about private solo boss runs that are already trivial stuff. The game will surely introduce tougher or even longer colossus fights in the future. Her kit as of now is pushing you to build massive sanguification to ignore the unreliable and mob dependant blood orb mechanic or build her as a weapon platform totally ignoring her 4th just to conserve HP, otherwise you will be scouring for ads to leech life from. Her whole 1st, 3rd, 4th skill combo will cost you almost 50% of her hp for 8 to 10 seconds of fun, we already saw it with Gluttony It's unlikely they would add Colossus just for us to stomp within seconds, they already made it clear where they stand on this matter. Then when we consider that from external components alone we can build descendants who use mp to passively regen the whole mp bar in seconds. It also doesn't help that in pub matches your teammates rush to kill ads not realizing how badly gley needs them. So I think the suggested changes in her kit are necessary to make her other builds viable even for pushing new and harder content.
Btw does anyone know how much time Gley cast her "incresed sensory"? It can be used as "reload" in massacre DPS calculations. I'm kinda interested now to calculate 10s vs 8s in this setup, colossus vs duration and etc.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but isn't an extra duration mod, even the max duration one which lowers skill power going to be worth way more damage when you consider her dps output and getting colossus damage on reactor? If she does 20 million damage per second and you can get an extra 2 seconds with duration mod plus colossus dmg on reactor, how many reloads(3 skill) does it take for the crit mod to overtake the 40-50 million damage you left on the table just on the first mag dump?
How is this build on gluttony? I always feel uncomfortable doing a half health against gluttony (plus I have no friends to play Luna so I guess it’s a moot point). Edit: by the way if anyone wants to play with me I have a fully built up Enzo (I’m just thinking about switching to gley because I’m tired of needing to reload every time a colossus is down) just let me know and I’ll share my gamer name.
im no math wiz but i believe he means a .6 stat increase but multiplying that will be a decrease the number so the calculation ends up being (1+0.6) or just 1.6. Warframe teaching me math lol

I speedrun dungeons and get my fastest times with him on majority of maps due to his 4th skill speedtech + solid AoE + ability to nuke elites and bosses. Bunny is only faster on a few maps. Generally any time loss he has from his AoE compared to Ajax or Bunny is not only made up for with his 4th skill speedtech and insanely high burst dps on elites/bosses, but can shave several minutes off clears compared to them
@@ryechew I love Ajax too but Kyle is simply the superior speedrunner for 90% of dungeons there isn't a single one where Ajax nets me a faster clear. And Bunny takes the cake on maps where neiter of their tech is applicable, and for casual play bunny will still be the fastest on avg for most ppl who don't understand the routing/ technical intricacy of Kyle. But for optimized runs currently he is the fastest in the game. Who knows though, the new solo dungeon time requirements might be very forgiving and Kyle might be overkill/ remain a pick for the more hardcore runners instead of becoming meta

I spent about 15 hours farming outpost in agna desert last week and didn't even get one reactor for python with recharge reduction. That's literally thousands of reactors. And there's two gold rolls
Unless things change next week will be Gley reactors in Echo swamp - abandoned zone so you can run environment contamination zone for a pretty good farm... won't help with RNG but at least it's good gold/kuiper

I'm very confused on your build vs everyone elses build. My understanding is NO ONE is building Gley for crit because Massacre skill does not crit off skills. If you've discovered that has changed I'd love to know, you usually do a wonderful job explaining mechanics of the game.
I built my Gley as a aoe mobs shredder, MS+ max range and max cooldown. The base range of MS is 12m and can be extended 300% so 36m. Sometimes, if I'm fast enough on the trigger, I can clear the area before bunnies. 😂 Edit: Thanks for sharing your work, I appreciate each of you videos, keep it up. 👍

@besponika7515 no. People have seen boss soloing till the end of time. The build can solo and use just fine. I need to find a group and do a whole party comp video. Then all those builds will be linked. This is just one of them.
And if you have a build character wepon reactor and components and you have a big community of people, why can you just test and show the build. You chose not to, and the only thing that comes to my mind is that the build is messed up and does not work, but you still want post your video. With this approach, and after your video about ,,deep builds with full explonation, you chose to skip the actual performance of the build. You did not even mention aproximet time.
If we talk about ordinary solo boss kills with gley, it is OK. But the focus of your build is team version for luna and enzo crit buffing. You mentioned it in the first half of your video

Respectfully incorrect about MF vs SPS. Solid FPs and a bunch of other testers in his discord tested both. With battle of Stam, Annih set + reactor duration you get little over 10 seconds of the sensory ability. The cooldown of it doesn’t account for .5 seconds due to the activation animation counting. With that being said now onto SPS math. Maxed out SPS allows you to have 78% firearm attack and + 44% fire rate at the 5 second mark which means with that setup you have 5 seconds of full reign of terror. The dps on both comes out to SPS being not only more practical but it reaches max potential way faster. Mental focus is not it at all. This was how solid got the 13 second gluttony kill with that setup. Max duration with SPS is most optimal for team play and solo. For team play, edging shot + insight focus to maximize Enzo buff. Solo, use fire enhancement and fire master (or whatever the purple one is called on the gun) because that extra damage applies to the attack and both modules have same polarity as edging and insight.
Shit. I typed a long reply but it got deleted. TL:DR, SPS max buff is 60% firearm atk, and 20% fire rate up (It has a -20% fire rate debuff from the start) It can be good, but you need to use maximize duration. Which would reduce your skill power modifier by -20% with gley already very low skill power modifier. It's honestly kind of sad. Plus you need a perfect reactor with 0.106 duration in it and colossus skill dmg which is a pain to farm. And every time you used increased sensory, the buff goes bye bye. Not only that, in Gluttony or whenever you had to dodge. RIP that buff as well. Remember that whenever the buff is gone, you're stuck with -20% fire rate debuff from SPS -20% skill power modifier from maximize duration Meanwhile mental focus allows you to keep the buff 100% of the time. All the time. Regardless if you have to dodge or recast your increased sensory.
@@ryechew For exemple, Clairvoyance sounds like a good idea vs Colossus, but like you explained in your last vidéo, it's not that good since the 40% chill debuff don't really worth. I mean, some people say Greg is so awesome weapons, some say no no it's secret garden, etc etc. Why a weapon sounds good on paper but not in reality
Not very smart to build hoping you will get and Enzo and a Luna. People will gravitate towards new Ultimates and High damage characters. Very few will give their dmg to someone one to brag. It's very unfortunate that buffers don't get a calculater for how much they much; same goes for healers it's very sad that they dont show damage mitigated and damage healed.
I've tried 3-4 gley builds at this point. I think this is the character that makes me quit this game. She seems entirely dependent on god roll reactors and god roll comps. I have a maxxed out python and maxxed out greg's (also tried multiple builds of both) and although I don't have god rolls. I don't put out any where close to the youtubers I got the builds from. Same, with Lepic, I can copy everything but not get the god rolls and my Lepic does trash output compared to mr. streamer.
I just want to say that I have loved all of your videos until this one. Glay isn't a one trick pony character. I would have really liked to see a gun build from you. Because a lot of the time it performs better in a group setting. And you didn't highlight any kind of gun build on her. Don't give me wrong I love you ryechewz but man... dropping the ball on gley

If you build gley around luna buffs then you definitelly need to recheck SpS for more firerate.
Yeah I would agree that SPS wins out in burst scenario of killing a boss in 10-15s. Probably mental focus for anything longer

If you change stim accelerant to battle of stamina you can get some duration

I was Looking at that too. I didnt mention it because im not sure. It seems like the unique weapon crits on DM is lower than what should happen.
Mine is more focused on tanking, HP regen, and gun damage, more of a setup for being the team's tank yet still dealing a lot of damage.
I like non meta builds the most honestly.

@helenraju5954 all unique weapon buffs are live, no snapshoting. Only fire and forget spells are snapshot.

Swap out something like Walk a Tightrope for Medical Support or Maximize Conservation. Did wonders for my matchmade Gluttony runs

Building around Luna and Enzo is not easy for me

I spent about 15 hours farming outpost in agna desert last week and didn't even get one reactor for python with recharge reduction. That's literally thousands of reactors. And there's two gold rolls

Unless things change next week will be Gley reactors in Echo swamp - abandoned zone so you can run environment contamination zone for a pretty good farm... won't help with RNG but at least it's good gold/kuiper

I have a pretty juiced Luna and i have no idea how you can get 800 or higher in max mp. Even with 30 stacks of Arche Concertion, I get 784.
gold on external components+ 4 mp mods. should be around 850
Great explanation, unfortunately this video dissapointed me since I have no friends to play with, so I cant team with an enzo or a luna.

I'm very confused on your build vs everyone elses build. My understanding is NO ONE is building Gley for crit because Massacre skill does not crit off skills. If you've discovered that has changed I'd love to know, you usually do a wonderful job explaining mechanics of the game.
Great video however I would prefer o pug build for the hardest bosses since that's what I do most of the time

I built my Gley as a aoe mobs shredder, MS+ max range and max cooldown. The base range of MS is 12m and can be extended 300% so 36m. Sometimes, if I'm fast enough on the trigger, I can clear the area before bunnies. 😂

Boos kill pls to actually show the buid. Sorry, but i am not complaining or arguing, but everything i saw before was thiorycrafting bulds with no actual showcase. I have fully buld gleay and python, and in the next seasons with new build system, i am looking for party gley build with enzo or luna. And if you can, please show a boss kill like glutony frost walker or pyromancer with luna or enzo in team.

@besponika7515 no. People have seen boss soloing till the end of time. The build can solo and use just fine.
I need to find a group and do a whole party comp video. Then all those builds will be linked. This is just one of them.
And if you have a build character wepon reactor and components and you have a big community of people, why can you just test and show the build. You chose not to, and the only thing that comes to my mind is that the build is messed up and does not work, but you still want post your video. With this approach, and after your video about ,,deep builds with full explonation, you chose to skip the actual performance of the build. You did not even mention aproximet time.
If we talk about ordinary solo boss kills with gley, it is OK. But the focus of your build is team version for luna and enzo crit buffing. You mentioned it in the first half of your video

Respectfully incorrect about MF vs SPS. Solid FPs and a bunch of other testers in his discord tested both. With battle of Stam, Annih set + reactor duration you get little over 10 seconds of the sensory ability. The cooldown of it doesn’t account for .5 seconds due to the activation animation counting. With that being said now onto SPS math. Maxed out SPS allows you to have 78% firearm attack and + 44% fire rate at the 5 second mark which means with that setup you have 5 seconds of full reign of terror. The dps on both comes out to SPS being not only more practical but it reaches max potential way faster. Mental focus is not it at all. This was how solid got the 13 second gluttony kill with that setup. Max duration with SPS is most optimal for team play and solo. For team play, edging shot + insight focus to maximize Enzo buff. Solo, use fire enhancement and fire master (or whatever the purple one is called on the gun) because that extra damage applies to the attack and both modules have same polarity as edging and insight.

TL:DR, SPS max buff is 60% firearm atk, and 20% fire rate up (It has a -20% fire rate debuff from the start)
It can be good, but you need to use maximize duration. Which would reduce your skill power modifier by -20% with gley already very low skill power modifier. It's honestly kind of sad.
Plus you need a perfect reactor with 0.106 duration in it and colossus skill dmg which is a pain to farm.
And every time you used increased sensory, the buff goes bye bye. Not only that, in Gluttony or whenever you had to dodge. RIP that buff as well. Remember that whenever the buff is gone, you're stuck with
-20% fire rate debuff from SPS
-20% skill power modifier from maximize duration
Meanwhile mental focus allows you to keep the buff 100% of the time. All the time. Regardless if you have to dodge or recast your increased sensory.

I mean, some people say Greg is so awesome weapons, some say no no it's secret garden, etc etc.
Why a weapon sounds good on paper but not in reality
Not very smart to build hoping you will get and Enzo and a Luna. People will gravitate towards new Ultimates and High damage characters. Very few will give their dmg to someone one to brag. It's very unfortunate that buffers don't get a calculater for how much they much; same goes for healers it's very sad that they dont show damage mitigated and damage healed.
Or you know, have friends. You should give it a shot.

I've tried 3-4 gley builds at this point. I think this is the character that makes me quit this game. She seems entirely dependent on god roll reactors and god roll comps. I have a maxxed out python and maxxed out greg's (also tried multiple builds of both) and although I don't have god rolls. I don't put out any where close to the youtubers I got the builds from.
Same, with Lepic, I can copy everything but not get the god rolls and my Lepic does trash output compared to mr. streamer.
I just want to say that I have loved all of your videos until this one. Glay isn't a one trick pony character. I would have really liked to see a gun build from you. Because a lot of the time it performs better in a group setting. And you didn't highlight any kind of gun build on her. Don't give me wrong I love you ryechewz but man... dropping the ball on gley
Lol. You can only make 1 build on a character at a time. so while no descendants are 1 trick ponies, the descendants each of ours are because we cant build a 2nd trick yet lol.
