The bad guy you refer to is Bhallaldev... He was also in Part 1 of the movie series. You will actually understand the entire series, if you just watch the entire film from starting. Amazing story..... And, yes, the movie was shot in Ramoji Film City India. All the horses, the seat, the bridge you see in this video , is all there. Bhallaldev is uncle of Bahubali's son...
