I also learned recently on another bird channel that of course yes they look at the owner as a mate when they get overly affectionate. But it causes them to be very upset when they are gone for long periods at a time cuz they think that their mate is gone forever or has not coming back but I wouldn't be able to help but I'd be petin', pettin' pettin' & kissin d kissin and kissin...💝💋🐦like y'all do
