If it's sat that long might check for rust on the magneto and coil and clean it up with some fine sand paper. Had to do that with a kohler magnum that sat for a few years

Hot lap suggested the same thing I’ll give it a try I’ve tried that before in the past with no luck but I’ll give it a shot, I do have a new one sitting here but definitely worth seeing if the old one still has it
