I'm really wondering why I didn't start with the SFR-01 in the first place 🤔
I didn't know HOW good the built-in ESC was, until I saw a Video on setting up the ESC functions! The running possibilities are phenomenal!!!

    Thanks for this video Bob!
Together with the Beier SFR-1 Part 1, 2 and 3 this completes the whole yourney of assembling a truck!
It is my first truck and I wouldn't know how I should have done it without your video's.
    Enjoy your holiday ;-)

@46:35 Watching this for when I configure the SFR-1-D Tank Module for my E-100 in case I might get some use out of it since they're essentially the same in how they operate and are being programmed...
As far as I know the *_Additional Sound 1 & 2_* are kinda special compared to the other ones in that they _can_ have a Start, a Loop and an End all tied to one action regardless of how long the action is being triggered.
The action would begin with Start then move onto the Loop which gets played until you release the action and finishes with Stop. On a Tank, you'd use it for something like an MG fire where Start could play the cocking of the Firearm, Loop would play the actual firing sound and Stop would either be the Echo of the shots or the plinging sounds of casings falling to the ground.
In the provided Profile those 3 Sound Pieces sounded off because you were using only one, not the three together ( just a wild hunch though as I cannot test it right now 😉 )

Thanks Bob for the awesome video. I have been duplicating your video to my setup. Also, the new radio is such an improvment over the FS-I6. I really like all the new changes. It feels good in the hands, nice and smooth, the menu is easier to navigate, the vibration is cool. 👍 Ohh and the Truck looks awesome too.

Is this software available for Mac? I always enjoy your videos. I stepped away for a few years ago but trying to get back into RC. 00

Hi Bob great video. Just wondering if I can pick your brains ? I’ve just built a scania 770s and added a MFC03. Also I’ve got a fs st8 standard version transmitter but I can’t get it to work. Any ideas please. I’ve had lights flashing and steering working but nothing else.
    Regards john

The FS-ST8 has a different name for dual rates. They call it "conditions". Go to the conditions menu and set channel 2 and 4 to 75% switch up and 100% switch down then assign switch a to change the conditions. After you get than done then re MAP to the MFC.

How would this be Wired rx/servo wise if not using s-bus?

can this be programed into a MFC-01light & sound

The MFC-01 does not allow for any additional programming. The MFC is easier to setup than the Beier SFR-1 but the Beier is superior in every other way.

Is the new ST8 any good for tanks? Does it have pots? Thanks

    • @HobbyconceptsLLC
      @HobbyconceptsLLC  2 роки тому +1

It would be awesome for tanks. Has 6 fully proportional channels and 4 that can be either push button or 2 or 3 position switches.
