Man I was terrified that it wouldn’t do a good job at all but very impressed. Makes me want a house with a pool now looking so easy
I purchased the Sigma about one month ago and I'm impressed. I live in the SoCal Desert. Wewe get winds with lots of sand and fine dirt. This thing picks up all that fine silt and sand to perfection.
I always thought pools were nightmares but you made it look so easy

Just had a pool built and although they gave me one of those suction pool vacuums to connect to the pool, I went and purchased one of these.

It's amazing for sure!! Just so dang expensive compared to a lot of other robotic vacuums.
I have a vacuum that picks up leaves for the pool. Does the sigma do an effective job strictly for scrubbing?

Does the unit climb the walls when full of debris? I have a premier been running for 3 years I never take it out of the water
Can we put one side a type of filters and to the other side the fine filters?
For heavy debris, it's advisable to use the standard filter. You used the ultrafine filter, which should be used to remove tiny particulate matter i.e. sand, dirt, and similar. Regardless... thanks for posting.
Can you tell me what serial number of filters the sigma takes?

When will you do the follow up ? Nice review . I think it will work great for me as my pool is screened in . If it wasn’t screened in I think I would get the one model lower I think it’s called a premiere from what I c the premiere has better pick up for leaves and debris like that . The sigma seems to come equipped with better filtration for sand pollen and particles ??? I think I’m leaning towards the sigma or the M600 .
I live in SoCal desert...lots of sand and fine dirt. This things picks up all of it. I don't have any leaf issues, so I don't really use the other filters. Those nano-filters rock.

It looks like you had a safety ledge on the deep end of the pool. If so, was the robot able to climb over that to get to the water line? I have a safety ledge 39" below the water line and I'm trying to find a robotic cleaner that can get over it. Some of these robots can't get over it to get to the 39" of wall above it.

I have owned a Dolphin Sigma since December 2021. It cleans the pool very well. However, it has never been able to connect to my WiFi. Everything else in my house has connected. Before I retired, I was in IT support and know how to connect devices quite well.Also, the Sigma gets stuck on the drain covers every time I run a cycle. I have to jerk on the cord to get it running again. Also, the drive belt on the right side jumps off the wheels on occasion. Maytronics Technical support has offered me several things to try and suggest I remove my WiFi password. (No way I’m doing that!!!) I even sent it back for repair, and they returned it in two weeks, but it still won’t connect. Would I buy this unit again? No way. I wish I could get a refund…

My problem with every dolphin I bought I get around 2 years of service then they start to break and fall apart.
Then return it. 3 year warranty.

Why not buy a barracuda it runs by the vaccuum from the water pump does not use eletricity.You can be in whilst on, yours seems over the top.

if you use the suction side cleaner vacuum you have to constantly turn off the filter and empty the basket robot vacuums are 1000x more convenient.
