I think you cannot cancel MW. The wounds are applied as soon as the attacking dice is retained. After that you can only block the normal dmg of that attack die.
Good paint schemes, nice models. Mistakes i spoted: 1. Eldar player had Tac Ops from 2 archetypes, you cannot do that. While picking Tac Ops you choose one Tac Ops archetype from the archetypes your fire-teams allow you to. Then you draw your Tac Ops from that archetype, so you always will have Tac Ops from one type of archetype (+ optionally factional ones). 2. At 8:20 Ranger takes a shoot at a rocket boy behind big wall. I dont know if you treated the wall as heavy or light cover. But if its was heavy, you couldnt take a shot from the vantage point because vantage point allows you to ignore conceal orders on models that are behind light cover but not a heavy cover. 3. Mortal Wounds are applied as soon as the attacker dices are retained, so they ignore defender's save rolls. 4. 16.25, Those are 3 hits, not 4. 2+ is a miss because the Ranger is wounded so he gets -1 to hit. 5. 20:30 Groot uses hook, charges and then fights. Those are 3 actions, he only has 2 APL. Also Grappling Hook action says that you are "preforming a free Normal Move action with unlimited movement range", so using it you are preforming a Normal Move action and you cannot preform a normal move and a charge action in the same activation. 6 23:10 ShurikenStorm (2 shoots action) costs 2 action points so you couldnt preform a Normal Move after shooting unless you used Avengers special tactical ploy to give your Exarch 3 APL (maybe you did but it wasnt in the video). Also keep in mind that you have to use this ploy before preforming any actions cause you get Action Points from your APL when you activate your model. Technically, you can use this ploy in the middle of your activation but then its not going to do anything wasting your command points.
Thanks for this very comprehensive breakdown it is much appreciated :) I have cleaned up a lot of these rules mistakes in the next video and will continue to review rules after each battle. Thanks for taking the time to watch and review.
Is a charge and a fight 2 separate actions? Played a bunch of games and honestly must have missed that detail , and it's an important one. Gunna check on that 👀
@@Centrifugal_Force So the way I read it is that a charge action does not allow you to fight as well as move. You would have to move to engage with the charge action and then you could fight with another action.
@@bluesungaming8033 i shared you vid on the Kill Team Subreddit and there has been a some rules feed back on there. I tried to post the link but it would load the comment.
@@peppermintshore Hey mate, I just had a look at the comments there. Thanks for posting a link it really helps our channel get more views :) That was literally the first game I have played so those mistakes were inevitable, there will be less mistakes in the next one.

Yes after reviewing the rule I see that you are right, thanks for pointing this out :) I appreciate you watching.

Very nice video! I like both teams hoping to play both :)
Thanks :) Yeah I love both teams too, I am an Asuryani player at heart but the allure of the Orks is strong!
Really looking forward to future reports. Keep them coming. 5*
I appreciate you taking the time to watch. There will be some more games coming soon :)

nice battle
Thanks for watching :) I am looking forward to playing some more.
Sorry but I'm stealing your general ork paint scheme! They look great!
You are most welcome, the orks were actually painted by my guest opponent and they do have a lovely paint job :) They are bad and cunnin boyz!
Mortal wounds cant be saved. MW2 means you auto wound 2 then use standard save protocols on the crit damage
Thanks for the comment :) Yeah we have now been playing this rule correctly. I appreciate the feed back.
