Welcome to Cyberjaya. Lots of new housing developments here but facilities and amenities not quite up to par. Overcrowded school, roads are bad (due to lots of construction trucks) and some junctions got no traffic lights / roundabouts resulting in accidents. MPS is keeping quiet despite complaints.
Oh i thought all land in cyber is freehold, guess im wrong. That optional layout in the kitchen is smart and following current trend. Nowadays most people like bigger kitchen and the wives always want an island.
Real cyberjaya is indeed freehold gazettment but this is not actual cyberjaya This is cyber valley which is leasehold not cyberjaya but for sales purpose developer applied to have cyberjaya name in it thus it remains as leasehold unlike actual cyberjaya
Everywhere infrastructure building or residential in Malaysia, is a great super modern, instead walkway pedestrian and drainage system exposed still third world.( look poor ) !! without concealed underground look better ,clean and nice view.
just wondering why the name selangor cyber valley. there was a time it was selangor science park also and yet they are all cyberjaya postcode. everyone is sepang district also right.
