Lena Danya love your work...your wave painting and water is beautiful ...can you please explain how to measure the grid say for a 18/24 canvas. I cannot find any videos explaining this. Thank you. I will do patreon one day...don't have internet...having withdrawals from it.. Thank you
What really amazes me is how so many of these paintings look like a photograph. My eye is totally tricked and I have to look quite closely before I can start to see subtle hints that it's a painting and not a photo. Very beautiful. I really liked the lime and the translucency of the tissue that you achieved.
I am SO obsessed with these videos. I've followed your videos religiously for years now and this Oiltober series is my favorite video you've given us for a while.
the city scenes are amazing and my favourite is probably the limes 😍 wonderful, keep going Lena, you're geat! also love your curly blonde-ish hair 😘 greetings from Vienna 💪
You give me anxiety and motivation at the same time. I feel so much passion when I see what you do but I'm also afraid to never be as stable in my art as you seem. I feel like I'm aimlessly floating around. Thank you for your videos.
Hi lena!I just easily fell in love with limes and city scene and coffee also. You are the shining star in artistic world.😍😍 and it's a request to do a lime and city scenes tutorial for begginers....U are so amazing and determined and one of my favourite artist who inspires me 😍😍♥️.
Beautiful work as usual Lena! I love these paintings because they’re also paintings of things you don’t normally paint for UA-cam (like the street views, coffee cup, etc.). So awesome!
I really love the idea of being inspired more by your city. It can be so hard to find new subjects to keep yourself interested, but you've inspired me to look around my city more. Maybe I should take more reference photos, and create a painting out of that. Thank you for inspiring!
"A lime in the sunlight, in the limelight" - I don't know why I enjoy puns like that so much :') Probably because I like to make bad puns too ❤️ Gorgeous paintings, I liked them all they're beautiful!
This is brilliant! I've been loving your videos for a long time now, but these tiny paintings are driving me insane😍 They are so beautiful and seem to be so detail, keep going!
How do you do things you have never done before so well? Like the lime for example. How did you render the translucent inside? I think this just goes to show what an amazing artist you are. Thank you for sharing your progress. I always feel honored bc i know its a lot of work. And im benefiting from your hard work for free. Im so very lucky. Have a wonderful week lena.
thank you so much! It helps to have references, once you get the hang of color theory and value, everything comes together and you can paint pretty much anything you see :]
You should collage all 31 for inspiration for one year ( maybe make larger versions of 1 or 2) and then auction off all in September to make room for the new Oiltober...I've been watching for a long time and have seen you grow from glow in the dark paintings.. dance videos and horribly tuned piano playing , to a beautiful mature married woman who has a successful art business.....BRAVO!!!!
Thanks for sharing with us Lena. It's wonderful to see and very inspiring. I think I might have to do a background series where I paint still lifes and senery from my home and country. I think it will push me to make my own paintings of cups of coffee and streetlights at night. Love from Trinidad.
Lena!! Those paintings are beautiful! I'm amazed at how you're so committed to this Also, I'd love to see a tutorial on how to paint clouds because I struggle with that a lot and I love love LOVE how you paint clouds
Heyy i really love all your videos and they are pretty helpful. Can you do a tutorial for ocean painting with gouache! P.s i love the ocean and the street light painting from the whole week.
When you are done with the oil tobar painting you can divided them into 2 sets of paintings. And place them up against an empty wall And take a picture of them. And you will have to big nice posters. It would look so nice. Or you could break it down into 4 smaller posters. But that is up to you but please think about it. oh and very nicely done. ☺
Hi Lena, i love these Oil painting and i do not have any but the Acrylic paint. can i do these painting with the Acrylic paint....let me know..............Namaste
I really like number 2 and 4, so realistic yet simple. Oh and btw I asked this on the first oiltober vid but what brushes do u use, like the majority of them, or the best quality
I'm obsessed with these mini oil paintings! They're so simple but so realistic and paint-y at the same time if that makes any sense at all lmao. Btw did you make the piano music in the outro? :O

The colors in the darker street picture would look beautiful from a rainy window. The different color lights and reflections ❤️😍
