    Ah I love this! Covid hit us hard and we were finally approved for food stamps... and I came across this and realized I can still be artistic but with food! Presents for family members... that I can still make the holidays magical even though we can afford presents this year. Thank you thank you. Love what you're doing and thank you for the inspiration and all the information!

    I used regular food dye lol my white chocolate immediately turned solid. Now I'm here, darn now i gotta find tht candy color. We hav a local grocery store but food there sucks, nearest town is 45miles south and sometimes I still cant find what I want. Like 00 flour... then the next town tht would hav stuff I need is in Flagstaff, AZ and thts a 90 mile drive. Oh man guess I got order or wait till my next trip to town. The reason I am coloring. My daughter used her LOL doll plastic mold the doll comes packaged in. I tried plain chocolate and it came out nice. I wanted to do color to make it look real...

    I hope that link for the color for your video is an affliate link to make a percentage of profit. Any thing you use from the whisk to the bowl...... do affiliate links. UA-cam it!! Also do a printify coffee cup or bag or something and put it in all of your videos and link it to your store in under your video. You make a percentage of sales. UA-cam 'shirt sites to make money' and such. I think printify and teespring does it too. Thanks for the video on strawberry.

    Those are great strawberries! Every time I go to dip mine some of my leaves come off. Ugh! I was watching these videos just to see what I’m doing wrong but maybe my strawberries aren’t the best quality or I’m just too rough. Great video and your patience and steady hands are things I definitely need to work on. I usually have to do anywhere from 30-100 strawberries and pretzels so I get a little exhausted after about the 40 mark. lol I just listen to music and or sip wine and go into a zone.

    It would be better to use the Wilton EZ-Thin for your instead of Crisco it won’t cause your chocolate to become greasy. You can purchase it at Michael’s or Walmart (in the cake decorating section near the birthday cards).

  • @dudemorris7769
    @dudemorris7769 Рік тому

    The biggest problem with coloring chocolate is adding too much or too little. 10 drops of any of this product per 1/2 cup white chocolate makes the color you’re wanting, so 20 drops per 1 cup is going to give you that color. Many people add a drop or two and stop when it takes much more to get to a Royal or navy blue.
    You also don’t ever need to add any crisco, coconut oil, or paramount crystals unless your chocolate is too thick. You should never have to ever double dip chocolate. If you do, you’ve made it too thin. Some chocolate recipes you need that thin chocolate but most are not necessary.

    • @BlessfulCreations
      @BlessfulCreations  Рік тому

      Thank you for your input but this is what works for me. I double dip because I love the look it gives. I also add coconut because I love the way it smooth the chocolate out. And I have never came across a coloring where it only take 2-3 drops to achieve the color your looking for and I have came across my share of different chocolate coloring. And as I stated in all my videos this is what works for me ❤️

    Quick question I tried doing that but with black coloring but as I would add more coloring my chocolate would get rough or dry so I would pop it in the microwave for another 10 seconds but my chocolate would crumble up and I wasnt able to use it anymore, so I had tried another technic and it was to add 100% virgin oil and it would leave my chocolate real smooth but the chocolate would never dry up.
