I love the rover cars, I started with the 200 and now it is the 75, I have mistaken the jag a few times for my car as they look so alike when walking from Asda to the car, I have a V6 2ltr 75 with 89 thousand on the clock, it runs so smoothly. The only issue I have is the reverse light switch has failed, I have the replacement it is just a matter of getting it fitted, as I am disabled I can not do this myself, I always carried out all my maintenance and now I need others to do this for me, it is such a frustration, I am thinking of looking at a range rover type of car next, but I love my 75 too much to let go, besides, who knows what I may get if I swap, I could be left with a lemon.
3:03 That was before BMW sold Rover to the Phoenix Consortium and production was swiftly moved to Longbridge. At the time, the new Mini was going to be produced at Longbridge, so BMW moved the new Mini production to Cowley.
I bought my 75 2 months ago.I want to make a question. The handles have not key. What if one day ,for a reason I do not have battery power?Who i ll go inside to open?????Do I have to to buy at least the drivers handle with a key?Or what?????
The right car at the wrong time. I think I'll pick one up soon, I've had a soft spot for these for a long time.

The right-hand front door handle has a keyhole in it - should unlock, lock and deadlock the 75
Nice car, but there was one or two quality, fit and finish etc, issues on early models.
The great end of a struggling story!
29:32 what’s with this awful music?! 🤷🏻♂️🤣
1990s!
Those Rovers 75 were excellent and sportier than Chinese-made tedious MG3, mediocre MG GS and gas-guzzling MG HS.
У меня такая тачка! M-47
