I don't think you're understanding the mentality of rally races. The whole point is to push your car as hard as possible to shave off a couple milliseconds from your time.
Anyone else shocked at how little turning the wheel on a Peugeot seems to actually make it go round a corner.. At least 20 of the clips they just understeered.. I'm amazed they aren't banned..
