I fell recently and lacking upper body strength to get up i had to crawl to get my phone to call the fire department to get me up. I'm 92, so falling is not good at any age. I love it that Luce is learning both Italian and English at the same time. Yes, Luca going back to the hospital puts you back in the trauma that you had there. It's called, "State dependent memory learning behaviour." Yes, I have a question for both of you, "Are you both people of faith?" The European mindset of small living spaces certainly is based on an overall lack of space. This is quite the opposite in the US where there's lots of space. The North is industrial and wealthy. Great video that summarizes so much of what we already know from watching you for ages. I suffer from migraines too so I feel for Sara but knowing that Luce has gotten such an awesome start from the breast milk, I hope Sara can soon wean her and look after her own health, especially now that there are so many new medications and treatments available that might help prevent even half of her migraines. As for the fall and cut on Luce's head, we parents are always devastated when that happens but thankfully kids are so resilient which is a good thing because that sort of thing will likely happen again. The best part is that you want her to be free and explore and you don't want to wrap her in bubble wrap and prevent her from living life to the fullest.
Olive oil is incredible. One year we were visiting Greece & our young daughter had a severe reaction to the sun cream and sunshine and got the worst excema she had ever had all over her body. We went to the pharmacy and they told us to go buy a bottle of olive oil. I thought this was madness, but so many shop staff and then also customers were saying I must buy the olive oil. So we did and we covered her with it twice a day and it worked so quickly - it was like magic. I've no idea if it was extra virgin olive oil or not. Does that make a difference. On the topic of children and languages I was fascinated by that topic but then you had to stop talking for Luce and then you changed topic to other children info. I'd love to hear more as Luca was explaining about different processes of learning multiple languages. Please cover this more in future episodes. Thanks.

Sarah, I had migraines for 17 years (23 to 40 years old)! And they became much worse after the birth of my son. And I always thought that it had nothing to do with blood pressure, BUT!!! Since I have eventually started taking daily pills against high blood pressure (though it was mild, 130/86), I have never had a single migraine again!!!! It’s been 4 years already!! I had 4 or 5 every month just like you. Honestly, when I see my old pictures with distorted white face, I can’t believe how easily it stopped!! Please try ❤️

I LOVED this latest video! I just read this article about a new device for migraines...A common one of these is called external trigeminal nerve stimulation (e-TNS). At least one trial of the at-home devices found that they cut migraine pain by nearly 60 percent. When you feel a migraine coming on, you place an adhesive electrode to your forehead that stimulates the trigeminal nerve. They can also be used daily to prevent migraines.

There are many ways to give energy to this "experience." We look to challenges in live as opportunities and miracles. I fell recently and lacking upper body strength to get up i had to crawl to get my phone to call the fire department to get me up.
I'm 92, so falling is not good at any age.

Great video that summarizes so much of what we already know from watching you for ages. I suffer from migraines too so I feel for Sara but knowing that Luce has gotten such an awesome start from the breast milk, I hope Sara can soon wean her and look after her own health, especially now that there are so many new medications and treatments available that might help prevent even half of her migraines. As for the fall and cut on Luce's head, we parents are always devastated when that happens but thankfully kids are so resilient which is a good thing because that sort of thing will likely happen again. The best part is that you want her to be free and explore and you don't want to wrap her in bubble wrap and prevent her from living life to the fullest.
Olive oil is incredible. One year we were visiting Greece & our young daughter had a severe reaction to the sun cream and sunshine and got the worst excema she had ever had all over her body. We went to the pharmacy and they told us to go buy a bottle of olive oil. I thought this was madness, but so many shop staff and then also customers were saying I must buy the olive oil. So we did and we covered her with it twice a day and it worked so quickly - it was like magic. I've no idea if it was extra virgin olive oil or not. Does that make a difference. On the topic of children and languages I was fascinated by that topic but then you had to stop talking for Luce and then you changed topic to other children info. I'd love to hear more as Luca was explaining about different processes of learning multiple languages. Please cover this more in future episodes. Thanks.
I have had migraines for 40 years. Once you are able to take medication, there are so many new options. I applaud you for working through the pain! Thank you for being honest.
