    I tried to make into a triangle or circle shape but my rice grains keep falling out. Can I know how to prevent this?

    • @asakusa-tokyokitchen
      @asakusa-tokyokitchen 2 роки тому +1

      You need to use Japanese rice which is sticky and can keep the shape. And when you hold it, if your hands are too wet, it will lose the stickiness of the rice.

      @@asakusa-tokyokitchen yeah I used Japanese rice. Ah maybe my hands were too wet. Next time I will try making it again with less water. Thank you!
