I can’t believe people are actually against Jeff, are you insane? Jeff is such a good guy, the fact that he was severely injured by a friend and was never helped with is beyond me. Jeff isn’t 100% the victim and it sucks what happened to him, but I genuinely believe that Jeff would not be doing all of this “exposing David” had David not abandoned him. Jeff was never “blind” to the things David did, he chose to look the other way because David was paying for his way of living and Jeff was also able to get away with much because of that. David should’ve been called out for his “content” sooner, but they only call him out when he throws them away.
It’s hard for me to take Jeff seriously about David because he went along with everything up until he was harmed. It’s not like he separated himself when other people were allegedly being hurt.

You clearly need to look into the situation. The crane was originally being used with wakeboards, and David suggested ditching that to just dangle on the crane, he was being gentle with everyone yet when Jeff went up he literally said ‘David can you go easy with me?’ David PROMISED and then cranked it up to unsafe speeds, he saw David being gentle operating with everyone else and then David took an opportunity and lied to Jeff. Regardless, David was operating, and now wants to pretend that it wasn’t his fault.

Any lawyer who advises you to ignore that shouldn’t have become a lawyer in the first place.
You winning your individual case doesn’t change the fact that it is objectively bad legal advice.
Maybe they told you it was fine because it was obvious at that point you were going to win, but the overwhelming majority of the time that is not something you want to hear from your attorney.
Their job is literally to speak on your behalf.

You're advised in a criminal lawsuit to say nothing because what you say can be used against you in a court of law. Civil cases if approved by your lawyer allows you to speak the truth freely unless its a choke case as was the case with Oprah Winfrey VS Big Beef. So with all due respect if you're taking law cases you should pay attention more because first term is up and you don't know the difference between civil and criminal cases.
