Enjoyed the video. FYI, the gear on the starter motor is called a Bendix Drive. As you say, it must first engage the teeth on the fly wheel before the motor will turn.

there should be a drain on the bottom of the fuel filter/water seperator. I would empty quickly, it should only take a few minutes to do.

Just a Tip that "really works"
If you have any Electronic Gadgets that "you think" are destroyed by water ..
Simply put them in A Bag of Rice "for 2 Months"
Not 2 Weeks ... but
"2 Months"
I promise you that when you Re-Inspect these Electronic Gadgets you will find that they somehow "Have Dried up like new" ... 👍👍

Check your gear box oil. They have vents. Check for water in it.
Put a tester on it see whats the deal with that airbag.
