Ok i literally went "OMG WHAT, NO WAAAY" out loud when i saw the golden glow because i was NOT expecting It to happen!!! Damm Geo only is getting so lucky!
Tips from an Itto main: - Itto’s bulk of damage comes from his burst which buffs all of his damage by a ton. Burst whenever possible and make sure it’s paired with Gorou’s burst if you’re going to be moving outside the area where his skill would sit. Gorou is Itto’s rock and they will always be the best synergy on your account. - Don’t underestimate Ushi. When you’re bursting Itto throwing out Ushi is the equivalent of a nuke. It will be one big burst of damage, and if you time it right you can get it twice. Throw Ushi at the beginning and end of your burst. Try not to use it out of burst unless you really need energy. -He has special charge attacks that rely on the amount of geo damage he’s put out that do not consume stamina, so unlike characters like Hu Tao you don’t need to worry about sprinting with him. If you do not have any stacks of his special charged attack avoid charging because he will only perform a very slow spin and it can eat up time and put you in an unfortunate situation for dodging. If this happens cancel it immediately. - All of his talents are worth leveling so plan to get them all up pretty high. His kit is centered around everything getting 10x better when he bursts so everything gets buffed in it.
@@patricialock1862 Honestly it’s hard to say since it kind of changes depending on your teams. I run Itto, Gorou, Zhongli, and Albedo together with Gorou and Zhongli on Favonius so it’s a pretty constant supply of energy with all of them being a battery for each other. Generally you just need to test it out and see how much down time your Itto and Gorou have and tweak it from there. Gorou can stack a ton of ER but Itto’s DEF and Crit substats shouldn’t be sacrificed for more ER so it’s hard to balance sometimes. Get Gorou to 200+ ER and for Itto adjust accordingly if Gorou + 2 Geos isn’t enough, though it generally should be. Albedo especially is a great battery.

That sucks kshshenenem I joined like right before sumeru and saw kokomi and immediately was in love, and conveniently, she had a banner running next version, so I grinded genshin so hard the first few months of playing. can’t imagine how much I would struggle if I lost my 50/50 on her banner when I was still a baby player, she’s on all my teams lmao

Java did you know that there is a cat at Asase Shrine in Inazuma that gives daily quests? It's basically like another daily commision everyday, plus you get a cute cat statue. You cant do it on Geo Only because you have to use Hydro to clean 4 areas of the shrine, but you should be able to do it on your other accounts!
The Geo Only is so lucky!! Not only you win two 50/50, but you got Itto's weapon early! It took me almost 200 pulls to get it on my account! 😭 (got Chiori's weapon and Skyward Pride before getting it) But at least Itto came home in 30 pulls!
I had 123 pulls and a dream during ittos banner, and i was rewarded with chiori’s weapon, jade spear, and with my last 20 pulls, itto’s weapon in 10 pity!!! I was so psyched lol

I wasn't sure how successful Geo Only could be originally, but I am pleasantly surprised with the result. Didn't expect it to already clear 11-3 in Spiral Abyss. ♡
I think that, seeing how they chronologically put windtrace the last times, we might get it in 4.6 (that would be funny to see Arlecchinos running around and terrorizing the poor rebels). I hope so at least, windtrace got to be one of the most liked events in the community, and for a good reason.
Current abyss blessing is also tailor made for geo characters, gives another 50% geo bonus dmg. Likely part of why geo only did so well this abyss cycle.
for itto, you just normal attack until u see the glowy thingy and then charged attack if u want an actual combo tho, throw ushi out at the begining of the rotation to get up to 3 stacks, then when its his turn at the end of the rotation, na (to ensure his burst gets gorou def buff) q, e, na x 2(optional based on how many ss stacks u have), ca's, na until glow, ca's, e, ca

Hi Java ! Just in case in any other future places where you have to do pyro related puzzles I found an easier way ! On top of the Sumeru map there is a talent domain called Steeple of ignorance. Next to that domain there is a Dendro mushroom and a fire flower ( I don’t know how to call them ) so you just stand there and they put burning on you . Hope this helped 🎉

gameplay wise Gorou you just swap to, do a quick E > Q and swap off, with e only being there for energy generation purposes and not it's buff since it shares it with Q with Itto you build up stacks with normal attacks before the first rotation and then Q > E > full CA combo > full NA combo > full CA combo > E then reset the rotation
The benefits of only leveling 8 characters!! I made the mistake of half leveling every single character so I could use them in the overworld, but then they all suck in abyss
for the first time, i 36 stared abyss this rotation, so i feel like spells only could do, you are putting much more work into geo only than you did spell, whiich is why its going so much better, so i would recommend putting more owkr into spells only, and it could probably beat spiral abyss
Btw java, about gorou, you dont build him def%. In fact, you dont build him anything. A gorou with no artefacts or with full lvl 20 artefacts does exactly the same since his skill gives FLAT DEF to team. So, the best investment you can give to gorou is 4p exile, fav bow, full ER substats and talent 1/10/1
