Man that’s so refreshing! First of all the WHY is what helps me keep going! Also, it’s helpful to know that I’m not alone on failing and questioning myself or God! It encourages me because I realize that it’s part of my journey to becoming everything God has created me to be AND be sure that I won’t stay here, I’m passing through these failures!
Increasing leadership equity is a real thing. When you least likely expect it, the equity shoots through the roof! Motivational for leaders going through it. Great advice!
