I guess what I am trying to say is... is there any way I can get a tutorial (written) or transcript on how to use ADB via USB on the computer, which for some reason sounds simpler. it seems LADB has been updated and working slightly differently for me. Whilst connected i still cant type anything in the Shell command section but i can make bookmarks that if i click on it it loads it in the Shell command but ass greyed out. so i have no idea how to move on from here.

If you get stuck in a cycle of inputting the port and parign code but wont connect revoke all previous debug permissions and try again. worked for me.

If you do not have split screen for settings on your phone, you can use floating window for Ladb on settings.
