    Thank you Gil. I am bringing back your teachings and mindfulness meditation into my life after 2 long a gap in time because I was prioritising things that are less important to my spiritual health. Thank you so much for bringing me back on my path tonight.

    After doing the breathing instructions guided meditations from this years 25 part instructions - I’m going back to Gil’s other breathing guided meditations to get more grounded wt breathing meditation before moving on to the rest of the 25 part series👍🏻

    I have been listening to your teaching. I am really thankful for your ability of articulating the relationship between breathing and thinking, emotions, etc. Meditation has become a more organic practice and desirable activity to me. Thank you, Gil.
